The lady at the St. Paul's Cathedral bus stop was fantastic. She was the best part of the experience! We booked online, but she was still incredibly helpful even throwing away my rubbish for me. And HOHO buses are always a fun way to see a lot lazily.

As a first time London visitor, it was a perfect way to get an overview of the city. Even the rain could not dampen our experience. One suggestion would be to provide more historical information on the buildings and the area and less pop culture information.
