This was my third time to London but my first time with my 15 year old so. The first day we took the route and only got off for lunch at the ritz… booked in advance., and a bit of shopping. We made a plan of what to see the following day which was great! Additionally, we bought tickets to see the Tower of London and took the option to have the one way boat ride back. We also did the London Eye on a beautiful day. If it is not, I wouldn't do it. Overall, a fabulous experience.

We had an amazing day getting a great overview of all the main London attractions we wanted to see. It was easy to locate the pick up stops. We never had to wait around. The River Thames tour was excellent. We loved it!

Big bus hop on hop off best to get on early and do cruise from stop 16 after you've done the Tower and bridge. Easily downloaded ticket from website

Good value for money and excellent experience with loads of information. Easy to get off and on the bus at different intervals and will definitely come back again.

Loved getting off and on when it suited us to see all the sights. We were even able to use it the following day because it's valid for a full 24 hours!

As a first time London visitor, it was a perfect way to get an overview of the city. Even the rain could not dampen our experience. One suggestion would be to provide more historical information on the buildings and the area and less pop culture information. London is an amazing historical city and deserves a more serious narrative. Thanks

It was very easy to hop on and off. The audio recording was very informative. It really gave us a good overall look of the London.

There was no guide in the bus. When I asked the driver about where to get down to go to Thames river, I was not able to understand what he said So I asked him a second time and he spoke very rudely to me, and spoke bad about my culture.

We thoroughly enjoyed the royal walk our guide was knowledgeable and entertaining! The Thames river cruise was equally as amazing the commentary was great! We bought tickets for the 48 hour hop on hop off, it was a great way to see all the sights.

I loved the routes and all the sights we were taken to and near. It was great how often it was possible to catch a bus. However the commentary could have been improved. It seemed that there was a lot of pop culture trivia (which famous people had lived where or visited, etc) but I would have appreciated more history. We also drove by lots of interesting buildings that we didn't hear anything about. I would have appreciated more overall information about what we were seeing around us--how old buildings were and what they are used for, etc.

We waited over 30 minutes at stop 21 and no bus. Trief support and AI did not help. Then walked to stop 20 on way home to stop 32. Bus at stop 20 said yes he was going to 32. At Marble Arch entire bus told to get off and wait for next bus. No clear communication to which run next bus was. Badly handled.

The staff were very helpful and engaging. Buses regular and on time. Guide commentaries informative and sometimes hilarious especially on the Thames cruise. The music played rather dull and needs to be more modern and contemporary. Great wxperience altogether.

The automated tour guide was informative and entertaining. We really enjoyed it. The number of stops made it very easy to see a lot of sites and walk to several others. Will definitely use again.

The buses were great to get around and see the sights. Some of the bus drivers were very nice, others were just drivers and the customer service could use improvements. Overall happy with service.

The overall experience was amazing. The in depth commentary was fantastic we learnt things on nearly every corner. If you have time I'd definitely recommend the blue tour which lasts 3.5 hours but what you take from it is unbelievable. Awesome experience, thank you.
