The experience is worthy of having had it, simply as help for others, I have to say that the audio guide terminal should be positioned in real time to be able to guide you at all times, which does not happen.

Everything went smoothly. I would have preferred entrance to Pompeii without waiting in line as in Herculaneum. The entrance to Pompeii does not include the Villa of the Mysteries, you have to buy it at the ticket office and visit before 3 o'clock.

Visiting Pompeii was a fantastic experience! Everything went smoothly, though, as expected, it was quite crowded with tourists. However, the journey from Naples was memorable – the train ride was made special by an accordionist playing traditional Italian music, and the passengers clapping along. I’m not sure if this happens all the time, but it added a lovely touch to the trip. Naples itself is vibrant, with delicious food and plenty to see. Pompeii is a treasure trove of history, offering stunning sights perfect for photos and an incredible opportunity to learn about the past. Highly recommended!

Although it was clearly stated on the voucher that I had to pick up the real tickets locally, there was no line provided to pick up tickets purchased online. At the venue it was also not clear in which row we should be.
In the end we had to do the same queue as people who bought their tickets locally. The ticket was slightly cheaper, but it did not offer faster access resulting in a 1h15 wait.

The guides of Pompeii and Herculaneum were excellent, as was Alessandro, our guide during the transfer. We started the visit late because there was a backlog of people who could not access the site because now, the tickets of Pompeii have to write the name of each tourist and on top of that the computer system failed. Otherwise, the whole tour with the explanations was very good.
We liked the visit very much and it is not heavy at all in one day. I would repeat without hesitation with them.

Pompeii was great and was good to have tickets in advance, though still had to queue to redeem. We opt out for tickets without the guide as we like to go at our own pace, but one day was not enough for us to see everything, and maybe next time we get the guide as well to learn more. Visit to archaeology museum is a must as well as many frescoes are on display there.

Our tour guide Paulo was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about Pompeii and took time to answer all questions. He brought the everyday living conditions of this city to life. Pompeii/Herculaneum was truly a memorable tour on our trip.

The online ticket meant we didn't have to queue at the ticket counter and we were able to enter the park quickly. Booking in advance is therefore highly recommended in order to spend as much time as possible in Pompeii.
If you want to see and explore everything, you should allow a whole day. There is so much to discover, especially as the city is large and sprawling.

No issues with digital voucher.
We arrived at 9am opening time and queued for 15mins before getting tickets and accessing the ruins.

Glad there were skip the line tickets for Herculaneum, we just didn't need them there. In Pompeii we could have used them.
Otherwise very easy to use.
