Shinjuku Samurai Restaurant Lunch Experience

Great staff/host, surprise complimentary dessert and sake! Incredible performances and extremely lively. We had an amazing time.

The show is fun. The issue with my ticket was a clear miscommunication between the website i purchased on and the venue, taking a while to figure out if I was allowed or not for the time slot. The food I chose on the website was not available and I had to order a different one, which I was below average (Ramen). But again, the show was fun and I'd still recommend it.

The show was colorful, entertaining and totally indescribable. The performers are true entertainers who are engaging and give it their all. The staff is welcoming and attentive. The building is a trip. There's nothing else like it, so if you want to see anything you've never seen before, do this.

It's was just so camp and cheesy. You can't help but love it, and to see everyone on stage living their best lives makes it even better

The choreography the dancers the strangeness were next level it was just a really enjoyable way to spend some time in Tokyo and switch off

I was wowed by the show. Better than I expected . The music and choreography and the enthusiasm of the staff . The little ad you no like sake and green tea is a nice touch .

Stunning choreography, costumes and staging. Very unexpected and it was awesome. Highly recommend this to everyone for a fantastic experience and value for money,

Just an amazing visual feast! Also good that the seats / tables are more spacious and comfortable compared with the old robot restaurant.

The show was an abstract absurdity encompassed by amazing costumes, lights, dancing, and music. It doesn't make sense, but it's something to sit and enjoy the array of sensory stimuli. Would do again. It's a shame children aren't allowed.

There was such a *process* to check in. Here's my email to get a voucher, change the voucher for a numbered ticket, use the numbered ticket to sit in a seat and order food. Get there early! But when you do, just sit around and wait. And be called one by one into the venue. Put your stuff in lockers! You can't take anything in! It seemed like they needed so. much. control. over everything! Sign a waiver! MY GOODNESS, WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN?!? They make it like it's going to be such a raucous event (and it was - the show, at least), but so. many. reminders. To not use the flash on your phone. Don't stand up during the show. Don't get up on the stage (what the??) I mean, we're in JAPAN. It's such a respectful culture. I wouldn't expect to have to have those reminders! Anyway, it was hard to figure out how to behave. It's 2pm, but here's some alcohol! Order souvenirs! Buy more food! But don't do anything! Here's some crazy light wands to wave around! But don't go crazy! It was a MUCH smaller venue than I expected with a huge show, so I felt on display and yet didn't feel comfortable at all. ...so we just kind of quietly watched everything and left. The show was great. The dancers and singers were wonderful. I was just super uncomfortable the whole time.

I was impressed with as many 7 floats and many performers were on the stage at the same time! And no one got hurt with the coordination of the entertainment! WOW!

What great fun , great dancing , great costumes , great singing and brilliant lighting . Just so much fun , and the food was great too 👍 .
