None of the above. I was very disappointed at the Tembo Deck, to have to listen to a music I did not want to hear, see all these images of a girl band. Why would I have to put up with these commercials when I paid extra money to be at the very top possible of the tower? Other than that, everything was great, and despite the fact that there were many people, everything went smoothly and quite fast, so you can be proud of your great organisation. But please, stop the loud music on the top level and the girl's photos. It's not necessary and actually kills the mood.

The tower views and the service. I the lift to get to the top is amazing, so fast and smooth. The glass ceiling is a little disappointing an md I absolutely hated that there was a love animal attraction on one of the lower floors. The animals looked stressed and uncared for and there's no need to have them in that situation

Everything was great had ordered for 13:00 clock but was already 1h before there and could also drive up immediately as the like the view was just terrific even if it was a bit hazy but for the weather can just nix :)

Super reliable, the best decision was to buy in time because the lines for those without tickets were long and in the case of teamlab those without tickets had to go another day because there were no more tickets.

We had a great time. I was not expecting much from an indoor amusement park but Joypolis had a lot to do and all of the rides and experiences were very well done. Its a great place for couples and friend groups as many rides pair you with another person. Also staff and actors at the park were very friendly and enthusiastic!

It was amazing seeing the city from a birds view. The ticketing process was seamless as was the entry to the lifts etc.

Everything worked smoothly with the two experiences we had booked and the 24 hour rail pass. Instructions were easy to follow for everything Md the experiences themselves were great. Would recommend on all accounts!

it was a really nice experience, specially to do at sunset. You get the chance to see the city lighten up before your eyes. Its a lovely experience.

Hi, Overall pretty good but maybe a little disappointed in teamLabs Planet but I did enjoy it, access to subway was really good as was Skytree.

Fast and reliable. No hassles no waiting time. I get direct to the ticket box an get my entrances fast and good. Recomended.

The combo package was a great idea i would recommend ot to anyone visiting japan make sure to get the noodles outside of team labs

Seemed pointless to book on line and then have to wait in a queue for a physical ticket. However our child had a great day and the queues were not too long.

Purchase was online and process is easy. Redemption was seamless since the booth is outside the ticketing area and as simple as scanning the QR code. All done within 5mins. Passport was great since we can do unlimited rides for all rides. My teenage kids both had great fun!

Had a lot of fun after a long time.. It was my partner's birthday , ticket was free.and we could get the other ticket for a discounted price.

En general tienen buenos juegos, les falta quizás extenderse un poco mas por las largas filas. Personal muy amable y atento.

The discount was good but could have been better if we had been able to take the pass for 2 adults and an extra child in the same order. Joypolis is fantastic lots of good attractions for the price I'd recommend

The views were amazing of Tokyo, would recommend to anyone and everyone.
