Ticket experience was awesome. Burj Khalifa was great but aquarium and underwater zoo didn't meet expectations... Was expecting more but got very less to see...

Crowd management is horrible. Waited in queue for 2 hours to reach the top. Once I reached the top my mom couldn't enjoy the view and she had severe leg pain standing. There are more senior citizens and kids visiting. They should make some seating arrangements on the way. Or they should have a cap per timeslot. At the top you hardly get place to sit peacefully and take photographs. People everywhere!

My experience at Burj Khalifa At the Top was absolutely breathtaking. The view from Level 124 & 125 is unparalleled, offering a stunning perspective of Dubai’s skyline. The observation deck was well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The interactive displays added to the overall experience, making it not just visually impressive but also educational. However, the crowd management could be improved during peak hours to enhance the overall enjoyment. Overall, it was a memorable visit and truly worth it!

Very easy experience, just had to find the At The Top ticket office in Dubai Mall, show the Headout QR code and received paper tickets in return. They didn't mind that we turned up an hour early. Then after a brief queue for an elevator, we were up 124 storeys in about a minute! Views were utterly amazing even on a slightly visibility-reduced day!!! Nobody hassled us to go back down which was good 😊

I paid extra for sunset view, and waited in queue for more than an hour..by the time we reached it was alr already dark , no sunset so I believe it was a waste of money.

The aquarium is a must see when in Dubai. The zoo that is as well part of the visit is perfect too! If you want to see something special, come to the aquarium in the afternoon hours, around 3pm, there is marmaids having a show in the aquarium... The staff at the aquarium are always happy to reply to questions and are very nice, knowledge and outgoing!

Burj khalifa beautiful, good experience. As for the safari, they left us a little bit to ourselves, we still had a good time but we had to do it all by ourselves.

The ticket to the view of the palm - wasn't an option to buy kids tickets. Then when we got there, the ticket said 1 kid under 12 free with each adult ticket, but that wasn't the case. I had to buy the kids tickets

Being able to buy tickets at the venue as opposed to them trying to rip you off with more expensive tickets and refusing to help with buying observatory tickets

When I went to the Dubai frame the experience was amazing but didn't understand the point of booking a time when I had to spend two hours in the queue Then when I went to the Burj Khalifa I expressed experience the same problem the building that big only has four lifts that I was able to use two to go up and two to come down again had to queue for over and our to go up and over an hour to come down it was suffocating inside the lift the lifts were being used constantly the smell of burning Greece and rude people knocking into you all the time not taking their backpacks of and turning and hitting you in the face was a really bad experience would never plan to go there again Also went to the miracle garden was a nice place but again all the shop owners kept trying to hassle you couldn't walk in peace without someone trying to grab you or calling you over to buy overpriced rubbish it was a bit like being in Turkey not even able to walk across the road without being grabbed by someone and dragged into a shop I expected more from Dubai

Burj Khalifa s an engineering marvel and grand in nature. Anyone who comes to Dubai surely visits it. Headout experience was amazing, very easy to choose currency, location, type of ticket. While others in queue took a while to purchase the ticket, it was a simple QR code scan at the ticket counter for me and quick handover of physical ticket. Loved it!

Go after evening. You should be amazed watching lake fountain show from top. I also recommend watching the show from lake. It was best part of my trip.

We visited burj khalifa at 9.30 pm. It wasn't very crowded. The booking process was really easy. For your convenient be present al least 20 minutes earlier to make sure you're on time. The experience was amazing and definitely recommended

Hi, Your service is authentic and convenient to travellers like us. We enjoyed all .But still I suggest , In under water zoo and Acqurium nothing is very special than the creation, the marine technology and spacing of all in one place like boating , diving etc ., ( for experience ) and the price is high for small experience there . Where as the Marine life and the collection of zoo animals are more in other places of the world. Dubai frame is worth watching and a thrill

Excellent experience! The aquarium is beautiful, but it needs to be done together with Zoo Water! Lots of attractions, different species and information!

With online booking, you don't line up at the entrance. The payment process is simple and was discounted. The views from the top are magnificent. Would definitely do it again.

Booking with headout was very easy. The experience we had in Burj Khalifa was so amazing and we enioyed the breathtaking taking views 🤩. We'll go back again next time.

I went with year old daughter, as expected she was so happy looking at different fishes especially she enjoyed penguin. A fun loving outing for the family

Everywhere was so long queu and not everything was how we waited. Not bad bot not the best. And some atracktion didin't told all the information. Only there we could know we need to pay extras.
