The value for price was very good - the package included all fun activities and the buffet food was very good. Really enjoyed the shows as well, especially the fire show! The only downside is the amount of sellers at the camp, constantly bombarding with questions even 3-4 times for the same product. On the other hand, Saqib, our driver, was very friendly and punctual.

It was a amazing experience for me to be in there, I really recommend it, if you have the plan to enjoy with friends, family and/or colleagues.

The Staffs and Guides were really friendly. Everything was so well managed and we reccomend our friend and relatives to come and visit this place.

We enjoyed the desert safari tour, the dune bashing, all the shows and our driver was kind. We didn't do sandboarding and we didn't stop for sunset photos because when we arrived at the camp it was very early the sun was still up and burning and we were the first tourists to the camp there was no one else for much time. The food was of poor quality, the chicken was very dry and burnt, the potatoes cold and almost raw etc.

It was a wonderful experience. I enjoyed the whole trip and people were really helpful and all the arrangements were good.

The communication was good, day before received a reminder message about the safari. Indid ask if there was anything we needed to know about what was on the itinerary and was responded with 'nothing special'. Then on the day received another message with exact time of pick up. The only thing I would say is it would have been nice to know what the plan of the day was. We were driven to a place and told we will be here for 45mins having no idea why we were there 🤷‍♀️. There were shops, a quad biking place and a couple of people walking around with falcons to take photos. - which you had to pay for. Then arriving at the main base area. Dune bashing- was not informed before the driver started it. We had two children with us (1 year old and 3 year old. So would have been nice to have been told what was about to happen! Our 3 year old cried the whole time! The rest was hanging about taking photos etc the camel ride - it said in the inclusion when booking tickets 10-15mins ride. The guide said a few mins ride and then you have to pay for 10-15mins ride 🤔 There were people taking photos and then literally forcing you to buy them! And at the end of it I seen them giving away the photos for free to the people who didn't fall for their sympathy stories!!! We paid over £50!!! We had two little ones and I asked my husband to get us food when the buffet opened because it's quite difficult with the children. However he was told at the food station he could not get more than one plate!! By the time I went they were closing everything so hardly got much to eat!! Just a heads up most of these inclusions that are mentioned you have to pay for! Overall it was a good first time experience at the desert but definitely could have been better!

We had a very mixed experience, we booked our tickets online for the Dubai Garden Glow which also included the dinosaur Park, we really just wanted to go for the Dubai Garden Glow. On arrival to the front desk at the park, the female was quite pushy when it came to upselling us two tickets for the Magic Park. She told us that this was the main bit of the park and was a 'must see' and 'not to be missed', as we didn't know any better or what this was and she seemed adamant we would be missing out if we didn't pay her an extra 90 AED for the tickets we decided to give it a go. Safe to say this was extremely dissapoint and absolutely not worth the money whatsoever, we were in and out within 5 minutes it was that bad, a really dissapointing 'attraction' if it can be called that. We then went around the Glow Garden which is what we really wanted to see and it was amazing, clearly a lot of effort has gone it to it and the lights were really impressive. On exiting the park we spoke with the same female who upsold us the magic park tickets and stated how severly dissapointing we were with the magic park and asked for our money back (for the magic park only, not the whole attraction) as this is what she upsold us with false hopes and claims. She stated as we had been inside the magic park and effectively l used the tickets she could not refund the money. This unfortunately put a downer on what would have been an amazing visit to a very impressive attraction. Visit Garden Glow, DO NOT visit Magic Park unless you want to be dissapointed.

Entry was quick and without any problems. The information was very informative and the view was phenomenal. As we had no time constraints, we were able to stay as long as we wanted. Everything ran like clockwork. It was a successful day!!! 👍🙋‍♂️🙋🏻

Beautiful excursion in beautiful location. Transport was well arranged friendly driver. Pity about alcohol and belly dancer that was not for us. On the way back, driver was driving too fast and continuously busy with phone while driving.

The ticket booking experience was seamless. Would recommend people visiting to plan the visit during the golden hour ( sunset) to experience the daytime and evening view

Headout is a fantastic site/app to use to book tickets compared to others. It offers discounts - what's not to like?! And if no WiFi, no problem, you can still use the Headout app to access tickets. Absolutely brilliant and I wish I'd known about it earlier! The trip to the Frame was amazing - from the amazing park and water/fountain displays to the top of the Frame with amazing views of both Old and New Dubai on show. Highly recommend to use Headout and book your tickets for the Frame! *****

Great excursion, tour guide Ranjit picked up at specified time that was communicated well prior to safari, tour guide was very professional and was a great afternoon in the Bedouin camp.

It was a smooth experience to book and visit the Frame as well as Glow garden and dinosaur park. There are a lot of different dinosaurs on display at the park.

It was a Memorable Experience For us, Each zone of Lightshows gave a chill into our hearts! Experience absolutely to do, truly spectacular. As per the chosen package, we were picked up and brought back to the hotel, a real convenience! The guide Asif was fantastic and fundamental in making everything beautiful and fun and he was also very helpful in wanting us to take beautiful photos that we now have thanks to him hanging on our walls.
