Pompeii Private Guided Tour with Archaeologist

This was an amazing two hours! We spent two hours walking through Pompeii with our guide, Massimo. He was amazing, professional, and accommodating. If you want to see the main sights of Pompeii, I highly recommend this tour.

Fantastic tour with Vincenzo and the highlight of our time in Pompeii. He took us to less crowded parts of the city and his descriptions really brought the areas we visited to life. As an archaeologist he had knowledge of facts that other tour guides would not know and also had a sense of humour. The 2 hour tour went by in a flash and we were really disappointed when the tour ended, although he did give us a few tips for our self guided continuing tour of some of the areas we did not have the time to see with him. Overall an extremely interesting tour, not rushed and well worth the cost.

This was a great tour of Pompei and our guide did a great job of explaining the highlights in a short period of time. Had no trouble meeting him!

Viviana was amazing. She told us very cool facts in her gentle demeanor and adjusted her itinerary to accommodate one request to see the colosseum which we missed on our last trip. She would be a great guide if you have middle school aged children and older.
