This was my husband's and my 3rd visit and our 2 hr tour didnt include anything we had ever seen before and I really appreciated her wealth of knowledge. She also had a great sense of humor.
We had our 10 year old grandson with us and our guide was so patient in answering all of his questions.

First of all, we chose the perfect time of year to visit-February. The weather was beautiful and no long lines or crowds. But most of all, our guide, SAso, was wonderful. He is extremely knowledgeable and a great story teller. He kept us fascinated. Our experience would not have been as good without him. Thank you Saso!

What could have been the worst, became the best! We opted to travel from Rome by train. Between the train running late, and us getting off at a wrong stop, we were very late. These folks handled it like champs. We received inquiries by text and they kindly managed to include us into another group upon our arrival. I'm sure it being winter with less visitors helped. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and quite thorough. We enjoyed our tour.

With hindsight the group was way too big and organising the groups at the meeting point took too long. We liked the guide but realised 2 hours is not really enough as there are so many people there. Understand it's a tourist attraction but way too many people there.

We did not get good WIFI service and realized they changed the time, but still honored our reservation. Our tour guide was very informative and understanding when we had to leave early due to our scheduled driver. Pompeii was alot bigger than we thought. Great tour

Loved our two hour tour (20 people one)! Vince was our tour guide and he was so easy to listen to and follow along - shared so many interesting things with us. We did the 9:10 tour before it got much busier a couple of hours later - highly recommend! So glad we did this tour.

Since it was the first Sunday of the month, the crowds were heavy. The lines, even at 0900, were ridicuously long. So it was so nice to be able to skip the line. The directions to the meeting point were clear and easy to follow. Once inside, our guide was fantastic. He gave us so much information and took us to most of the highlights. There's so much to see, you can't do it in 2 hours, but the guide gave us a wonderful overview of the site, and at the end, recommended other areas and things to see within the city. I highly recommend this guided tour, especially for a first trip to Pompeii.
