The ticket purchase was efficient and quick. The dining experience was incredible. The staff were attentive, very polite and professional. Everything was perfect!

My experience was enjoyable overall, food was excellent and a pleasant atmosphere. However, I’ve had more positive experiences in the past. The wait staff were commendable, but they kept being pulled away from their duties by the managers. For instance, we waited nearly ten minutes before receiving our welcome drinks. I seen our waiter preparing our drinks, only to be interrupted by a tall guy in a suit (assuming it was the manager) didn’t seem the friendliest. This situation was quite unfair to the hardworking wait staff. The primary focus should be on providing attentive service to customers, yet it was challenging for the waiters to maintain this level of service when they were frequently redirected to other tasks.

Fantastic views from both the Lounge where we had our tea and from the Restaurant where we were allowed to visit after the tea. Our host, a Filipina, along with other staff members, where very attentive to our needs. The foie gras sandwich was the best of the savories and the scone was very good. It was certainly an experienece worth the price of admission.

We were treated like VIPs! Different entrance to the crowds, straight to floor 122 and an amazing lunch plus water wine and coffee included. We were in there for almost three hours and nothing too much trouble. Amazing views, fab service and brill value for money

The food and service was fantastic! Tariq was so friendly and offered the best service!! Be sure to book this afternoon tea experience and go for the top booking! This way you get a window seat and have great views great food and a brilliant experience!

At.mosphere was excellent although a little disappointed when we realised the restaurant is a long way from the top. Ticketing experience with Headout was poor and we had to try 3 or 4 times before we could book. Additionally the options were unclear and we did not end up booking the experience we planned.

Great food and service, views are amazing Issue when arriving saying they would not accept us as I had my 7 week old baby with us. Although after consideration as we were not advised in the ticket they made an exception. Thank you to all the staff at atmosphere was a wonderful experience.

Finding the venue was difficult if you are not familiar with Dubai. The Armani hotel front desk seem to view visitors as an anoyance Service from the atmosphere was great. The views are amazing. Will definitely recommend and revisit.
