What we loved about the experience was the guide. She was excellent. I have been to several tours to see the Da Vinci - but this lady was the best. She really should be commended for the way she bought the frescoe alive. What I did not enjoy or appreciate at all was the fact that when we arrived, we explained to her very politely that one of our friends was unable to come because they had come down with covid, her reply was short, curt, and rude saying quite simply nothing could be done. But when my brother turned up and made a big fuss saying it really was a ridiculous policy not being able to transfer the name, she recoiled immediately and the policy was changed. I believe you need to reconsider this policy since the tickets are so expensive and we are human beings who could fall ill at any moment. Thank you.

It's was an amazing experience, I initially thought it was very expensive, but the guide was well worth it. The insider knowledge, her ability to answer questions and just guide you through the whole security process was worth it. The whole experience from booking to finish was easy, simple and stress free. It is more expensive then conventional tickets but extra cash is well worth the hassle free experience.

our tour guide did an excellent job of making this experience enjoyable. We liked that we did not feel like we were in a cattle drive with thousands of people.

The guide was informative, but the sound system was poor: the headphones were substandard and the guide didn't always have the microphone close enough to her mouth. We had a lot of trouble hearing her. Very disappointing for a $70 experience. I would not recommend this tour to others.

Great convenient app! Combining public transportation and booking of cultural visits is a great convenience and is clear.

Everything worked very well! All the Qr codes were scanned without any problems and we were able to start the tour. No queuing! However, it is advisable to plan a few days in advance for the tours you want to do, as unfortunately everything is booked up spontaneously. Including the metro was ideal and worked really well. We were very satisfied!

Everything with the tour went well but feel we should have been able to sit somewhere while we listened to the tour guide. It was alot of standing when we had walked quite a long way to get there.

The CityPas really comes highly recommended. It really added value for us that the public transport was included in the trip for 3 days. This allowed us to navigate within the city easily and quickly instead of always having to buy separate tickets. Especially at busy stations, it saves a lot of time not having to buy a separate ticket (or 10-ride card) each time. The Duomo was of course the topper but we did have some trouble scheduling this, of the 3 days of our pass we could only book time slots for this on 1 day and as it turned out, that was because Saturday/Sunday afternoon it was closed due to a conference. This was not communicated through the app. TIP; you don't have to stick to the time slot of your choice at the attractions, they just scan the QR when you made your reservation in the app. Gave me more of a vacation feeling and it saves a lot of hassle not having to constantly watch the time!

Although the experience was in English (in Spanish it was hectic for that day), the treatment and attention received by the guide (Jony I think was his name) was expectacular. The overall experience was very expensive (the ticket on the official website costs 25€, but of course, they run out at the speed of light) but very good.
