Everything was absolutely perfect! The whole atmosphere was completely insane, it was the highlight of our holiday. We would definitely come back just for the spa. The facilities were amazing, it was so lovely to relax. It's a shame the massages sold out so quickly but we were so happy with how extensive the itinerary was and all the different activities offered that it really made up for missing a massive slot!

This place is so under rated, there's nothing more we could have asked for, all the details are so thought through, it is everything & more! Having a badge that gives you access to alocker, foid, tea & coffee.
Me & my sister visited from London, to see this place & it excelled our expectations. Even the price of the food & quality is 10/10! We spent the wholeday & enjoyed every moment :)

Granted you could not change it being 1/2 hr from 1 hr but there first should have been a price adjustment accordingly. The guide was too focused on "Romanian Philosophy" rather than describing the rooms and the appointments of them. One had to ask about things like the rugs and lights only to be rebuffed- 'Will get to that later" to then listen to 10 mkinutes of social philosphy which was meaningless.

organization and cleanliness, maybe too hot inside, but really very nice.
only note the towel hangers with air to dry them, the air should be warm and there should be more of them so you don't stay with wet towel all the time.
I also recommend just a/r in the day to spend it all at the spa

Very nice experience. The walk from the Tour's office to the Parliament was just a couple of blocks. There was no wait in line at the Parliament. There guide was easy to understand in English but a bit hard to hear in some areas. The tour took about 1 hour. I wish I had more time to see the rest of the areas, if they were open for self-guided touring (I don't know, since we had to go meet a friend for lunch). I recommend it.

Very clean and well organized premises, but too crowded, even for us that had purchased the most expensive ticket. Nowhere to sit, very noisy, no relax! A spa service should make sure that you can relax!

Ticket system affective and efficient. Quick entry and collection of towels. Great pools, shame saunas were all together and not soead out around the site.
My negative was the bar staff in main pool were rude and arrogant. Upstairs bar perfectly friendly.

Who knew the opulence hidden in a building so vast and brutal in its architecture. The fact that it was ever built was of a communist vision. Thousands displaced to have this parliament built. Its so big we just saw five percent of it, but what we did see was just jaw dropping.

The whole area is 100% clean, it's nice to go somewhere and not have to tip toe or find faults. This place is well maintained. The atmosphere is amazing. I loved everything about Therme Bucharest I had the best birthday. I went whilst it was snowing. You would of never thought outside was -14. Whilst inside was 30degrees. I even went in the outside pool. Omg beautiful 😍. All the waters are warm. We did facials in the sauna. The only thing we never done was the massages as they were fully booked and we arrived at 10am :( on a Friday. So I'm guessing you have to arrived super early as it opens.

Well organised, short waiting time after the security check, ticketing was fully taken care of by the organisers. Very impressive building from the outside as for the inside. Interesting visit even if we only saw 5% of the whole building.
