Booking tickets online was very successful. The spa is spectacular; we spent the whole day immersed in the various thermal and whirlpool pools. The elisyum and palm tree areas are definitely suitable for adults, the galaxy area on the other hand, with a whole series of slides, is suitable for kids. There are many saunas (actually steam rooms) with various performances at set times. We had lunch at the elisyum area restaurant, highly recommended. Dinner in the le palme area. The only negative note was that I was taken back by a staff lady because I had a thermos with water in it. She told me I had to put it in my locker and if I was thirsty I would have to buy water.

I enjoyed everything. Food drinks the staff all amazing It was my first time at Spa and it was amazing. I want to bring my son's and my mum out there. The place was so clean fresh

It was very interesting to see the Palace of Parliament. I didn't like that we were very big group and it was too hard to hear the guide.

First time at the spa. It was a good experience ,very well organized. I recommend the daily ticket to enjoy the three areas where they offer different services. Possibility to purchase flip flops on the spot with towel and bathrobe rental.

The attraction was amazing. Absolutely brilliant day and evening spent there. Tickets were easy to buy and entrance etc was well signed and easy to access considering we didn't understand the language.

organization and cleanliness, maybe too hot inside, but really very nice. only note the towel hangers with air to dry them, the air should be warm and there should be more of them so you don't stay with wet towel all the time. I also recommend just a/r in the day to spend it all at the spa

Very nice experience. The walk from the Tour's office to the Parliament was just a couple of blocks. There was no wait in line at the Parliament. There guide was easy to understand in English but a bit hard to hear in some areas. The tour took about 1 hour. I wish I had more time to see the rest of the areas, if they were open for self-guided touring (I don't know, since we had to go meet a friend for lunch). I recommend it.

Very clean and well organized premises, but too crowded, even for us that had purchased the most expensive ticket. Nowhere to sit, very noisy, no relax! A spa service should make sure that you can relax!

Everything was absolutely perfect! The whole atmosphere was completely insane, it was the highlight of our holiday. We would definitely come back just for the spa. The facilities were amazing, it was so lovely to relax. It's a shame the massages sold out so quickly but we were so happy with how extensive the itinerary was and all the different activities offered that it really made up for missing a massive slot!

We went on both days, by 11am the robes had run out. The bar was really slow, could do with more staff to help speed the ques up.

Ticket system affective and efficient. Quick entry and collection of towels. Great pools, shame saunas were all together and not soead out around the site. My negative was the bar staff in main pool were rude and arrogant. Upstairs bar perfectly friendly.
