The tournament itself was spectacular. Sumo is a great sport for the spectator.

Very poor value for money. For 740% markup on ticket price alone, I expected more from the guide. He was polite and cheerful, but the information he gave was very thin. Nothing more than s sports fab btw 3. No real information to give understanding of the rituals, culture, tactics, etc.

We nearly missed this tour because the meeting point information provided by Headout was not correct. Luckily we managed to locate the guide. The Sumo was very good and the guide very informative

The sumo experience was super fun for the family, hugely aided by the knowledgeable, passionate guide Izumi. He provided the background detail that allowed us to understand what was happening and did so with a warmth / charm and clear love of the sport. Thanks so much!
