The was the most awesome tour. The Guide was so knowledgable!! She used the audio equipment so we could hear throughout the museum- this is a must to have a great tour experience.

Tickets were easy to purchase. Little uneasy as the guide did not show until we were almost at the start time of the tour but all good in the end. Great guide. Friendly and easy to understand

Karen provided an overview of the palace and Prince Eugene, along with the famous painters. Karen answered any questions and was very informative.

The ticketing for this amazing tour was quick and easy. The best part, however, was our amazing tour guide Alexander! He was so knowledgeable and fun to speak with, that we learned much more than expected about every aspect of this building and the artwork within. This tour was easily one of the very best my wife and I have had! I have a mobility disability and tours are often very challenging. Alex was attuned to my needs and frequent rests and a chance to sit and talk were essential for me and appreciated. This is a must do trip on your travel to Vienna.

Anna was exceptional, and very accommodating with the group. Anna’s love for the history and the art in museum shone through and she was so knowledgeable, and did a wonderful job. l only gave a good score not because of Anna the tour guide but because of a group who did not appreciate her concern and tolerance, so l feel l did not get the value of Anna's knowledge, and it meant that we also ended late. There was one person in a wheelchair and Anna spent a lot of time helping them,l don't mean to sound unconcerning - but l felt annoyed with them only because they relied on Anna to support them way too much. Anna if your reading this - you were great!

The visit was organized down to the smallest detail, both logistically and in terms of the visit itself. Our guide, Alessandra, was great. She provided us with so much information to appreciate the building (including from a historical perspective) and the display of artwork. Super recommended!

We did the tour with Ully (I hope that is spelled correctly), and the experience was very good; she is a native Austrian guide but with perfect Spanish. She was very pleasant and very attentive, and has remarkable knowledge of art and history. Recommended experience.
