Amazing! A exemplary tour given by Mr Soundar. His knowledge on this iconic building is an absolute treasure. The tour gives you a VIP experience without waiting in lines and access to areas that are restricted to general public. The tour included a delicious meal, in Patronas Tower, with flawless flavour that complemented each stage of the tours journey. Thank you Mr Soundar, we will see you again when we return!

We were treated as vips. And the dinner was great

We had a great time with our guide Mr Perumal.He explained every thing about the towers before start.We were taken by a express lane and it was upper deck of the bridge which other are not allowed. The lunch was fantastic .Hope to visit it again with our family members.

THE GOOD NEWS; the actual experience at the Petronas Towers. Mr Souundars Perumai is a wonderful person and a perfect host. He personally showed us around. We will not forget the experience & will remember him. We will be back. Totally worth it. tHE BAD NEWS; Headout customer service is only available using email & quite useless. The Chat feature is a bad AI Bot that does not connect to a live person. Nobody answers the phone. Do a search for Souundars Perumai online. Contact him directly, then buy the tickets using the service.

We had an incredible experience at the Petronas Towers. There was plenty of time to enjoy the views and capture stunning photos. The staff was outstanding. I would highly recommend it to family and friends without hesitation.

Excellent experience. The restaurant and food were lovely. You get to go on the upper level of the link bridge between the towers which is really different as you can look up at both towers. We were worried about the age restriction saying over 18s only as we went with teenagers but children can go on the tour after 6.30 midweek and anytime on Saturday as the building rules have changed. One of the highlights of our trip to KL.

Excellent views and Soundar was a super guide. We expecially liked the view of the towers through the port hole roof from the top of the bridge.

It was a very personal and interesting visit and our guide was such a lovely man. We really did feel very welcomed and saw the Petronas Towers from the view as privileged guests not as tourists. It was a special visit for us. Our meal was delicious and we had an amazing view from day light to the night sky of the city. Thank you for making our visit so special.
