You sent me a confirmation of my booking, but no ticket to print out, as is normal. I assumed you knew what I i needed. But the bus driver from Heath Row said it didn't count as a ticket. I had to pay the full ticket price anew., I think I'm entitled to a refund of what I originallt paid YOU.
