Ewrythings was great. Free tickets and good reviews inspired us to visit this place and it was a good decision. Beatiful place, we spent great time in stopover in Abu dhabi.

Great place and would definitely recommend. The grandeur of the place is breathtaking. Did not like the experience with headout. It says instant confirmation but after payment it says it can take upto 2 hours to confirm. Had I known that earlier I would have booked the tickets sooner. It wasted an hour of my time

The Architecture, the giant construction is a Wonderful Architectural marvel. The maintainance , cleanliness. The well organised assistance . Everything is fine and mind blowing

The presidential palace is just incredibly impressive. It's amazing to see the enormous space built with such an eye for detail!

Children tickets should be more reasonable and shall not be same as the adults. However, the experience inside the aquarium was interesting

The place it's amazing must see but it was so crowded and even though we had skip the line tickets we had to wait in the line to enter inside . On the way back we waited for the buses outside in the heat and it took a while to get them

Palace was amaizing, above all expectations. You even couldn't exepect this beauty in advance. Online ticket prceeding however took about one hour, so there are some room for improoving this service.

Easy to book online And cheaper! My only quibble is that the site said the tickets would be sent within 30 mins, and it took about 45. No problem all with 45 mins - except that I was beginning to worry! When something is cheaper than the 'proper' price, I worry there's a catch. But otherwise fab experience. Will use you again when I next have visitors that I'm showing round Abu Dhabi.

It was very quick service getting a ticket thru headout. This is the 3rd time i am visiting this palace. The construction is unbelievable. Every single marble is carefully crafted and it explicit superior architecture. Its lighting is extra awsome. It is so clean and well maintained. my only worry was, there was no prayer room inside the palace. I am from India, where we Muslims are just 20%. But in all Airports in India there is a prayer hall. Countries like Abu Dhabi, where majority is Muslims would really worry not seeing prayer room inside the Palace. Kindly bring this to notice under the concerned department. On the day of inaugurating a prayer room inside the Palace, please invite me.

Was amazed with the wide variety of marine species and also some unique animals and fishes that is preserved by the government. Kudos! It was a lovely experience, was awestruck!

Generally, its amazing. Awesome. I love the place, the structures, fixtures, architecturals, the staff are hospitable, kind, accomodating. Overall experience is absolutely recommendable for all to visit not once but many times.

Had a great time at the aquarium. Lots of animals to see. Especially the sharks, manatees and otters. Kids fed capybara and held a snake. Watch out for the boat tour. 50 AED EA to go in one circle. Now that was disappointing. We also passed on the 30 AED EA on the animal hospital

Tbh, nothing! Except for the hall, nothing intrigued us! It was a boring tour, and add to that the unavailablility of basic services, like drinking water, the whole trip felt like a waste of time.

Ticketing experience was fine. Just had to go to front desk to get scanable tickets. Aquarium is lovely. Probably 1.5hrs to see everything at a slow pace.

My ticketing experience was excellent and I got a real good deal on Headout. Though Qasr Al watan is a beautiful palace, try visiting during cooler months to make most of it as the light show is outdoors and it is really humid during summer months.

Overall everything was organized very well. It was not clear that there are two types of tickets when I ordered, we were surprised at the aquarium. 99 AED is too much for only one half of a ticket, at least it should include the both parts. Thanks for understanding. One more comment. It will be good if there will be shuttle from big hotels, it will enhance the visibility and accessibility of visitors.

As a marine lover, the aquarium was lovely. Lots to see including some very different marine life and beautiful installations. Place was super clean and staff Uper friendly. A lovely day out for the family ot just big kids at heart.

An interesting journey where , the progression through the various rooms had been enchanting and attractive. The way of displaying the species it is unique in his genre. The surrounding and decorative manner, it literally transport the visitor into a sea world. Thanks for this opportunity.
