it was amazing except for the staff not accompanying the guest to assist for scanning their tickets , they are very limited when it comes to customer service.

The aquarium has exciting scenery: some rooms are like submarine, ship and airplane wrecks in tanks. And of course, numerious fishes, rays, sharks including bull sharks, nurse sharks, reef sharks. At the end it has a glass passage through a tank with sharks, rays and trevallies. You can see big capybaras and manatees (mammal sea cow). There are also frogs, and other amphibians, snakes including pythons, some birds. I and my wife are very excited of this visit! And I've got a good discount booking via headout.

One of the best aquarium we've visited. So well laid out, an abundance of fish mixed with other wildlife such as otters, birds and manatees. Would highly recommend

The thematic rooms were absolutely beautiful, there were a diverse collection of animals, we enjoyed it very much. There was a lot of creativity put into the different rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the place is clean.

The tickets not being issued immediately but within 2 hours is stress inducing when you are in the way to the venue. We did reduce them last minute just as we were about to enter.

Children tickets should be more reasonable and shall not be same as the adults. However, the experience inside the aquarium was interesting

Had a great time at the aquarium. Lots of animals to see. Especially the sharks, manatees and otters. Kids fed capybara and held a snake. Watch out for the boat tour. 50 AED EA to go in one circle. Now that was disappointing. We also passed on the 30 AED EA on the animal hospital

Ticketing experience was fine. Just had to go to front desk to get scanable tickets. Aquarium is lovely. Probably 1.5hrs to see everything at a slow pace.

As a marine lover, the aquarium was lovely. Lots to see including some very different marine life and beautiful installations. Place was super clean and staff Uper friendly. A lovely day out for the family ot just big kids at heart.
