At other attractions, you would have a shorter waiting time with the pre-booked ticket. Here you had to wait just as long as if you had bought the ticket on site

The tour is very nice and has an adequate duration. The entrance to the ship was quite agile and without much waiting. The idea of booking the day and being able to choose the schedule, I think it's great.

Taking a Seine River cruise in Paris was truly one of the highlights of my trip. From the moment we boarded, everything was smooth, well-organized, and inviting. The boat was modern and comfortable, with panoramic windows and an open-air deck that offered stunning views of the city. As we glided along the river, the sights were nothing short of breathtaking. Passing by iconic landmarks like the Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame, the Louvre, and the Musée d’Orsay while the sun set and the city lights began to sparkle was an absolutely magical experience. Seeing Paris from the water gives you a unique and romantic perspective that you simply can’t get on foot. The commentary on board was informative but not overwhelming, giving just enough background to enrich the journey. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere—perfect for relaxing, taking photos, or simply soaking in the beauty of Paris. Whether you’re visiting for the first time or returning to the City of Light, I highly recommend taking a Seine cruise. It’s a timeless experience that captures the heart and soul of Paris in the most elegant way.

Ticketing online was easy. The cruise was great! I loved that all the seats were outward-facing so you (almost) never had to look over people. We did the dusk cruise in March and got the best of both worlds by seeing Paris in the daylight and lit up in the dark, too. Would have loved a bit more info on the bridges and a bit more time to take pics (Pont Alexandre, especially), but overall, would definitely do again!

The exhibition is superb 👍👍👍 We were dazzled by all these masterpieces...🤩🤩🤩 The only small negative point was the beginning of the visit. The first room doesn't flow smoothly... 😔😕 We didn't really look at the costumes in this room because there wasn't enough room... The rest went wonderfully well.

The beauty of the site, the decoration, the diversity and the sculptures, and finally the palace of exceptional grandeur. The only drawback was that we did not see the inside of the theater and its stage.

Open-mouthed left. A 'miserable miserable' theater. Joke. Really worth it: staircases, marble, stucco, gold, frescoes, attention to detail. Ticket from the app, reader and away began the wide-eyed experience.

Easy to book. BUT charge MUCH TOO MUCH for the service provided!!! In short, going through this intermediary only allowed me to buy two tickets that were no longer available on the official website. Finally, it was impossible to know in advance, but there was the possibility of getting tickets on the spot WITHOUT WAITING.

Very easy to book and locate boat. Lovely cruise, staff friendly and good educational commentary. Also had first cruise of the day so no qué and plenty of room.

Lovely experience but we're unable to take us on the full route for reasons I didn't quite understand therefore, was not able to get the full experience. Other than that it was good.

The river cruise was just kinda anti climatic. We had seen the sites already at night and seeing them while walking was 100 times better.

First of all, they're very strict with the timetable, they let us in 10 minutes before and we left at 12 noon. There was an English, Spanish and French guide so we didn't get lost. The time was also right at 1am and it's a beautiful walk and very worthwhile, day or night. It's beautiful

Buying the tickets, locating the boat, and boarding all went smoothly.

Wery good, didn't need to wait for a kong time in line.

The Opera is spectacular, the reservation is fast and agile and the autoguide, like all the others, if you don't know how to use it, you don't use it.

The boat was lovely and there was plenty of space for visitors to spread out and take in the sights!
