Combo: London Eye Tickets + Thames River Cruise

Excellent experience with the London Eye, a 360° panoramic view of almost the whole of London. There's plenty of time to look at everything and take cool photos as you feel inspired, even on a rainy day! 😉 However, I was a little disappointed by the boat tour on the Thames.

I bought my ticket online and it was fast and straight forward,i enjoyed myself on the london eye with lots of photograhs,i loved the boat cruise and the whole experience was awesome.

I loved being able to see the downtown area from the water and then from the magnificent heights of The Eye!! These two experiences were the best tourist "dollars" I have spent!

Very good experiences both of them, I liked how big the london eye was, easy to make the entrances.

The river cruise was awesome! It was a great way to see many landmarks in a short time.

The date and time on my combined London Eye / River Cruise was for the London Eye, and I was told I could do the river cruise any time without the need to rebook. The ticket office sent me down to the boat, and first told me the date and time were for the previous week when I'd been on the London Eye. After some consultation with managers, my party was told to wait and allowed on, but the upper deck was full so we could only sit in the lower deck. The cruise itself was fine.

Both the river cruise and the London Eye were awesome. The ticketing experience wasn't the best because it wasn't clear whether the cruise or the flight was first and you told us to go to the "redemption point ". There was nowhere labelled redemption point. So we queued at entrance A at the London Eye and they sent us to join the queue for the river cruise. When we got off the cruise we had to queue again for another half hour at entrance A for the Eye. Very frustrating when we had pre booked for a fixed time.

C était top juste dommage que 1) j'avais d abris prévu ds les files d attente que ce soit pour la pluie ou le soleil ce serai bien Prévoir de faire la queue au minimum 40 mn même si l on a déjà tickets ... Faire payer les casques audio au château de la reine en + du billet d entrée c est exagéré tout les gens autour de moi pensaient la même chose Si non le fait de pouvoir avoir ses billets sur tel avec le rappel c est très bien

Everything that I booked was seamless with no problems when presenting ticket. Your combo deals are good value for money. But can I suggest you extend these to 3 or 4 linked purchases with increased discounts to prospective customers. Overall it was a well managed and organised experience throughout the weekend. La découverte des différents lieux et monuments célèbres depuis la tamise était très agréable. Le jeune guide était drôle et intéressant. Nous avons même eu la chance de naviguer en grande partie avec le soleil londonnien, ce qui a rendu la croisière encore plus agréable.

Everything was seamless with no wait times and the guide was very charming and funny on the river cruise. It was easy to remember everything he said because of the way he told the facts. The cruise is a great and easy way to see main attractions.

For a first timer in London I didn't know what to expect. What I loved was the thrill and excitement of being on the inconic London eye. It was an amazing experience and one that I won't forget. The river cruise was also very enjoyable cruising along historical sites and buildings.

Everything was smooth, excellent guide on boat, no problem with tickets, I can only recommend.
