London Eye Champagne Experience

Arni was our guide for the London Eye Champagne Experience - he was the absolute best and made this expereience even better. He was friendly, funny, and professional. We were on board with 2 other couples which allowed us to easily walk around, see the sights, and take pictures. I would recommend arriving earlier to your resveration as they bring you to a private bar before hand with drinks/snacks for purchase. I wished we arrived a little earlier to enjoy this more.

For those who want to experience something special in London and want to have a great view, this experience is definitely recommended. The view is breathtaking (I can highly recommend this tour in the evening --> you can see the whole of London illuminated in a wonderful sea of ​​lights) At the beginning you wait in a lounge where you are then picked up, which is particularly useful in the cold months. Our guide Holly-Grace made the evening really sweet for us with her warm and loving manner. From the very first moment we felt comfortable and in good hands with her. She took photos of everyone and gave us lots of tips and information about London. A little side note: if you finish your glass of champagne quickly, you can buy another one on board The trip takes 30 minutes. Unfortunately, it feels much shorter because of all the impressions. For us, however, it was a wonderful end to our London trip.

Holy Grace was excellent! Very knowledgeable and energetic. Very much enjoyed the champagne experience with her as our host.

Sophie Jo was an AMAZING guide!! The view was incredible, the Champaign flowed. It was my second time on the London Eye but it was definitely the best!

Will was great , shared some great info while on the ride with us . And ofcourse the champagne was also great. Will did point out things to see and help with pic opportunities for all the guests. Sunset ride was really great , by the time we were on the top point it was getting dark as the city was lighting up.

It was easy as there were no lines. However, we did go on a Tuesday and only had two other people in our pod. The view was amazing and the champagne was a nice touch.

My friend and I did the Champagne Experience and it did not disappoint. The VIP Lounge is lovely and we had time to have a pre-experience cocktail. Then our guide, Owen, collected us and led the way via the fast track entry to our sky pod. It was not busy and there were only four of us on board for the last turn of the day. We got stuck at the top for about twenty minutes which suited us fine. Great views and nice staff.

Highly recommend the champagne experience at sunset for the London Eye. It was fantastic, great views and fun facts about the city of London.

Booking the champagne experience was a very good decision. No waiting in line, first class service in the lounge and later in the London Eye cabin. We were very lucky and there were only four of us with 2 guides and we had plenty of space and first class assistance. The staff were very friendly, explained a lot and took great photos of my wife and me.

This was a amazing day celebrating 24 years of marriage The host was so lovely and amazing 👏 and so frendy Thank you For this special day 💜

Great way to get your bearings of London. Definitely worth the extra cost for VIP champagne and lounge access. You get a private guide to explain the views and gets you through the line faster.

Although you may pay a bit extra , you get a pod that's not packed , a glass of champagne and a wonderful host to point out landmarks! We waited very little time as well in the queue!! Perfect for our first visit!!

The overall VIP experience was fantastic and well worth the price of admission. From the Champagne lounge, the expedited fast lane, and the private tour guide (Patricia) made for an excellent experience for our family of 4. I would definitely recommend this package as the cost justifies the shorter wait times. At the end of the day, how much is your time worth?

All went to plan regarding getting into the VIP experience area, we decided to have a cocktail but out of the 8 choices 2 were unavailable which seemed very lax on their part & a bit annoying as one I would like to of had, also VIP area should have its own toilets rather than having to leave area & go down stairs to use general toilets. Staff were polite & considerate.

Visiting the London-eye with a small group. Being received in advance in separate lounge. Then guided into the London-eye. Enjoy a glass of champagne while Adriana tells the necessary story.

I absolutely love the experience! My son and granddaughter really enjoyed it too. I really didn't understand the lounge that was there while waiting for your ticket time. What a treat that was! Go early and enjoy it. Host was a young man from Scandinavia and sorry I can't remember his name, but he was wonderful. This is the only way to do it and it was definitely worth the money!

Not waiting in line and the VIP treatment was my favorite parts of this venue. We had the VIP Champagne ride. It was wa wonderful experience.

I had a great time! I waited in the VIP lounge and then straight to the London Eye.... Spectacular view and the girl who served me Clie super nice, even gave us recommendations of where else to go!!!
