Combo: Frankfurt Panorama Cruise + Frankfurt Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour

The audio guide was good. When we first caught the bus it didn't go on the right route. So the audio didn't match properly. Also the frequency was advertised as every 20-30 mins. But the bus didn't go that regular. It wasn't easy to know when to press the button to get off as the bus wasn't on the right map. And then we weren't sure if there would be another one. So we just stayed in. It was a good experience just a bit confusing for us.

The brief overview, insight into the highlights of the Frankfurt skyline and culture, which would otherwise be so much more difficult to obtain.

Friendliness of the bus driver, The trip is a good way to get a quick overview of the most important sights.

We booked eight tickets for the Hop on hop off express. We enjoyed the route and history of the audio. The service personnel was not great. The driver was not friendly and not nice. No customer service here. The lady who was validating our tickets at the Römer start point was not nice. Maybe because we American and speak only English, we get treated different.

There was no problem with the ticket. However, I prefer the bus tour, with comments from the service guide.

I enjoyed the headset that gave information on Frankfurt. The bus was super clean and the driver most helpful. I would highly recommend this activity next time in Frankfurt.

It would have been nice if the internet had stated that the Alt Sachsenhausen stop would not be served. We waited there for three quarters of an hour for nothing, which was very annoying.

I love these red buses in every city, which show me many nooks and crannies in a practical and safe way and explain the history so that I can expand my education. Frankfurt is a very diverse city and the nice drivers took us from station to station in a friendly manner. Usable in all weathers and the freedom to hop on and off anywhere are worth the price. We booked both routes and took a lunch break in between. Gladly again anytime!

The route was different to the plan and the audio guide was not good, it seemed to be out of sync with the route and was not informative.

The bus drivers were very friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work! The explanations of the individual sights were comprehensive and interesting.

There was no timetable on the Hop on Hop Off webiste so I waited 45 minutes at the Messe stop and then gave up and went back to my hotel I came back 2 hours later adn waited another 50 minutes until I finally got on a bus

The booked skyline tour was not possible on this day due to an event, but the shortened tour was very informative and the weather also played along...

Very convenient tour to visit and get a general idea of the city. Not well detailed stop times. We recommend.

You get a great overview of the most important sights in a short time. Information on headphones is well summarized and interesting.

Worth the value. I traveled both the routes first and then navigated accordingly to the places I liked. Covers all the best spots in town

I was a little disappointed with the route of the Skyline Tour, as it only went past the Zoo and Palmengarten in a wide arc without really being able to see the respective entrance, although it would certainly have been possible to drive right past the Zoo at least. The fact that the Museumsufer tour could not be run in this way was due to the circumstances, and probably also at Sachsenhausen, but I wish it had been made clearer that this was not possible. The stop at the main station, where we got on, was also very difficult to find. But otherwise the tour was quite nice and my visitors enjoyed it too.

There were not enough buses so sat an hr waiting in the sun - and in the end didn't get on the red route very upset about it - we waited at the 2nd venue 30mins and gave up

It was not very easy to hop on and off. The buses ran so infrequently that, when we did hop off for a museum, we had to wait 40 min for the bus when we were done. No schedule of any kind was available. If we knew the schedule of the busses, we could have planned our museum time better. With the infrequency of the busses and the hours that they ran, we didn't get to see much at all close up. The boat trip was great, though.

We did both lines (green and red) and we saw all the highlights that you can see within such a short time. We really enjoyed it!!

The individual sights were also presented through the loudspeaker on board in German and English. And there was soft ice cream on board
