You get a great overview of the most important sights in a short time. Information on headphones is well summarized and interesting.

The ride was smooth and perfect length. I was afraid drinks would be very expensive on board but they cost the same as pretty much anywhere.

Very well organized, I loved the green line more than the red line, the red line was about the skyscrapers, as I'm not an engineer, I love history more.

It was really beautiful to look at and the information we were given about each building was also very informative. A very nice experience! Of course, it was just a shame that we couldn't take any drinks with us and had to buy something there, but it wasn't the end of the world.

For Quick View of the city sightseeing for short time visitors is the best Hop-on Hop-off buses are the best. Headout ticketing was also quite good.

The train station was not signposted. We had to take public transportation to another stop. The tour in total was only 45 minutes and therefore 15 minutes shorter than offered.

Good morning, the tour is interesting but, the red tour and green tour overlap. There are some places we didn't see. For example Hennigen, palmen garten, Goethe's house. The bull is the bear in the bag. A few stops to better realize what is seen would be good. In short, overall, we liked it

The audio guide was good. When we first caught the bus it didn't go on the right route. So the audio didn't match properly. Also the frequency was advertised as every 20-30 mins. But the bus didn't go that regular. It wasn't easy to know when to press the button to get off as the bus wasn't on the right map. And then we weren't sure if there would be another one. So we just stayed in. It was a good experience just a bit confusing for us.

We booked eight tickets for the Hop on hop off express. We enjoyed the route and history of the audio. The service personnel was not great. The driver was not friendly and not nice. No customer service here. The lady who was validating our tickets at the Römer start point was not nice. Maybe because we American and speak only English, we get treated different.

There was no problem with the ticket. However, I prefer the bus tour, with comments from the service guide.

I enjoyed the headset that gave information on Frankfurt. The bus was super clean and the driver most helpful. I would highly recommend this activity next time in Frankfurt.

It would have been nice if the internet had stated that the Alt Sachsenhausen stop would not be served. We waited there for three quarters of an hour for nothing, which was very annoying.

I love these red buses in every city, which show me many nooks and crannies in a practical and safe way and explain the history so that I can expand my education. Frankfurt is a very diverse city and the nice drivers took us from station to station in a friendly manner. Usable in all weathers and the freedom to hop on and off anywhere are worth the price. We booked both routes and took a lunch break in between. Gladly again anytime!

The route was different to the plan and the audio guide was not good, it seemed to be out of sync with the route and was not informative.
