Most of the animal enclosures were empty. We were very disappointed. We were two families of four (8 ppl in total) and due to the bad weather conditions we were considering not to visit the zoo that day and reschedule the visit and we were unable to do that! I can't understand why you do not allow the visitor to reschedule the visit or in the case of cancellation provide a refund, if not all the amount a part of it lets say 25%! You need to revise your refund policy to be more flexible and visitor friendly. I understand that the money go to the zoo etc but you also need to consider the visitor. Especially families!!
