Tootbus: Paris Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour with Seine River Cruise

It's a great option to see the iconic sights of Paris without wasting time. The buses are on time at each stop, so it's easy to plan your day of visit. I highly recommend doing the tour with the boat option on the Senna River, it was our favorite part. places in Paris.

Tour with many stops so you get around the city well.Explanation in Italian nice and different from the usual monotone. Frequency of buses perfect( they were passing one after the other). Smart ascent with QR code.And then..... is green!( as they often say in the presentation)

Buses come at short intervals and were not too full (October) The tour covers everything important in the city center.

We thought it was a shame that only one route was open. We walked for at least 1 hour at Gare du Nord looking for the bus! It was not clear from any map that this route was not available.

We had trouble with the speaker jacks at our seats. Only one of the two worked in the seats we sat in. At another seat neither worked, and at yet a third seat only one worked. So, between three of us, we only had two working speakers. Not that this ended up being a disappointment. Since the actual commentary was way too jovial, with some GenZ'ers relating how they took their girlfriend to a bridge, and/or visited some cafe close by some attraction. It was not useful, professional or worth listening to. The bus itself was adequate. It had seats, and it drove around in a circle.

Ticketing was fine. For some reason, QR code was very slow to load (near Paris Louvre), so we were lucky that the Toot Bus driver kindly let us on without it, and I was able to load and show it to him by the next stop.

Boat cruise was a highlight. Commentary in English and French was excellent. Buses were good with headphones working well

The frequency of buses eliminates long lines and not having to wait more than a few minutes to catch one. All the buses we were on were clean and the driver/ attendants were all cheerful and friendly

The people who work on the buses are friendly, attentive to any questions, some understand Spanish, very comfortable buses, everything was great.

Really great experience, the route was very nice, and we visited a lot of places even though we were only in Paris for two days. I had used this form of sightseeing in London before, so it was not new to me. I recommend it to anyone visiting Paris for the first time. It's a pity you don't have a Polish version of the audio guide; we had to use the English one. We also didn't take the Seine cruise because of the rainy weather, but apart from that, we are satisfied.

Good tour with the option for walking tour with the app. The weather wasn't great overall which affected the experience and I didn't go on the river tour because of this. But this is out of your hands and I thought it was good value for money.

Bus stop was changed. We found another one but first two buses didn't stop at that stop. Finally when we get in for some reason nobody was leaving a bus just people coming in. The hop on hop off buses which going next to us have space but on your bus there was not a single place so it looks like there is not enough buses. After that the rain came in. There was nothing to cover top places from rain. Water was going back and forth finally fall down on down sits.good nobody was there. The rest was ok

We enjoyed the audio and the ride until we got back on after our river cruise. Our new driver had an argument with another driver and he was angry on his cell phone yelling, forgot to turn the audio back on, was driving a bit erratically.

We bought the tickets after lunch for 72 hours, however it showed that the ticket started already at 9:30 am ( eventhou we bought the ticket only 4 hours later

Ticketing experience was very easy and straightforward. Only issue we had is the first bus we got on had an issue at the very first stop at the Louvre and we had to switch to another bus. We enjoyed the very easy way to get a good overview of Paris and the various sights to see.

Everything went very well! Up and down at strategic points and close to major attractions, I also bought the ticket with the boat ride and that was also very nice and well organized.

I had bad wether that day. The only complaint is that it's hard to find the starting station. There's no address anywhere."

Great experience, good take on commentary and learning about the sites, amazing busdrivers managing the crazy Paris traffic sometimes with just a tiny space. Good overall experience!

Great way to see Paris we couldn't find the pick up spot but the driver stopped for us as we were waiving him down Thank you

The good thing was the service fast reliable every 10 minutes I could get off when wanted jump on when I wanted only the problem was that to find pick up stop by the station number 10 on the map of yours I think it was removed due to road works
