Excellent experience. The reservation is very easy to make and then you arrive at the place and just scan the code they send you and that's it, all very simple.

The tour guides were so accommodating and informative. Other than we picked New Year's Day to tour the tower when the wind chill was so cold, the entire experience was wonderful!

You sent us the QR codes for our tickets the day before, which made it easier to get in. The Arc de Triomphe staff were very helpful, and as we had a little one with us, we were able to take the elevator.

What I am going to say is not news: the museum's collection is incredible and amazing. Access was quick despite the large number of people there.

Worth every penny. Everything is great, experiences that you can only have in Paris. Whether adults or children, it's worth seeing for everyone. We visited everything there was to visit. A tip for Disneyland visitors: don't get express tickets, you'll still have to wait a lot, you'll spend more time seeing everything.

The Louvre is at the very top of the world's museums. Overcrowding is expected and understandable, but here's my gripe: large groups file in very quickly; while individuals or very small groups have to wait and watch large groups file past security. The large groups and smallest groups/individuals should be integrated; so that the line(s) with individual ticket holders progress as easily as the larger groups.

Super Great experience You need at least two days to visit the entire museum I recommend to use the audio guide Unfortunately I visited it on Friday and the Egyptan area was closed

It is a very big and well composed Museum. Although it might have been faster to by our tickets at spot. Audio guide is nice, but only if you have time. Egyptian segment with sarcophags was closed. Porte des Luons entry is temperarly closed.

The guide was fantastic. It is one of the few times I felt completely enthralled throughout the tour. Her English was also flawless, which I think is very important for a guide. I also greatly appreciated her thorough preparation.

The tickets certainly made the wait easier... which was limited to about twenty minutes in the courtyard and under the snow. In order to avoid the need for people to use their mobile phones, it might be a good idea to send the QRcode when ordering tickets, so that you can print it out and present it at the reception desk.

it didn't give me a pass, very long wait: because of vacations, long weekend+but good organization of the museum service so everything went well. they didn't give me any indication, for me a ticket like any other!!! i didn't know there was a queue cutter!!!

All easy with reservation even though they are few organized on site...but overall it was a good experience

It was easy to purchase the ticket with reservation and the access to the Louvre museum was also quick and hassle free. I am very satisfied with my experience buying the ticket here.

We came during the month of October and it was the perfect timing to visit. It was not so crowded as in the peak summer months. So we were able to take our time to browse and move around more easily. It was our first time coming from the USA and seeing the many famous artists works & historical items that we only seen either in books or movies or social media & it was amazing. It all came alive and you could see the depth & feeling each pieces uniquely displayed. We spent 5 & half hours seeing all the floors and popular attractions. The Mona Lisa exhibit was the busiest one to see up close.

Excellent experience, starting from the meeting point very precise ,there was waiting for us Claudio the guide who was very helpful ,professional ,nice ,he accompanied us up to the second floor explaining how to do the whole visit ,everything was perfect thank you very much.

L'Arc de Triomphe a must do, and do best, least grief when pre-book. Lots of steps and a triumph when make the 285th step upright, breathing and alive 🙀🙀🙀. The view absolutely worth it. 💫🌟♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

The sheer size of the museum is quite impressive. Honestly there are much better works of art other than the Mona Lisa.

The Rubens Room, Delacroix, Veronese, Vermeer and Da Vinci, of course with Mona Lisa, but the visitor management in the Month of Lisa Room is a disaster, you can't let so many people into the room at the same time! And finding the Vermeer was very difficult. The guide lines are not ideal. Despite everything, the Louvre is fantastic and impresses with its sheer dimensions alone - a unique experience!

We got the tickets 5 minutes after we brought them and the view from the top of the arc the triumphe is really beautiful. You have a perfect view on the champs elysées and the Eiffeltower
