The boat experience was great, but during the trip a few people came out to the front of the deck and blocked the view of the others who were sitting at the front of the ship. My suggestion is that there should be a little more control during the trip by the organizers. Happy holidays!

Excellent experience that allows you to see the city's main attractions from a different perspective. On board the boat you can enjoy drinks and enjoy the view to the sound of music.

It was our second trip with the MS Nestroy, it was also this time a unique experience. on this ship with its unique crew enchants you every time anew. A very special thank you to our captain for the great nautical performance. You don't feel that you are sailing, it is almost as if you are floating above the Danube. In culinary terms, everything is great anyway, considering the cramped conditions in which everything is prepared. You don't realize how many hands are involved in everything and just feel at ease. Leave everything as it is, it is unique and you can see that by booking the next trip the same day after the first one. Thank you to Jenny the service staff and all those who are away from home for a long time and certainly miss their families. The ambiance is wonderful, the pools exude the atmosphere of yesteryear while being clean and super neat. The pools are beautiful and especially the outdoor pool is the must see once it is dark. In December 2024 around 1800, you already have a beautiful view of the beautifully lit bridge.

The indoor pools were very warm but one of the outdoor pools did not work, few signs and cold in the changing area, few hairdryers.

I was not given an audio guide, the entrance to the place was not orderly. Although the views are incredible, it could have been a better experience with another agency.

I would highly recommend HeadOut. HeadOut has tickets at much lower price than other vendors for the same experience. They had tickets where other vendors said online that the date and times we wanted were not available. HeadOut's online ticketing is easy and efficient. Good user interface and good confirmation email communications. Gellert Baths were beautiful. I read on some reviews that Gellert Baths layout was confusing and signage was poor. I did not find that to be the case at all. The art newveau tiles are gorgeous and the baths have steam rooms, saunas (dry heat), and massages. Everything for a complete spa day. Also, they have lockers, private cabins, and private changing rooms; something for each budget level. In addition, you can buy bathing suits, flip flops, and towels there if you don't have them with you. I would highly recomment Gellert Baths and HeadOut.

I liked it very much, I recommend you to be with time and sit in the front but then when you pass by the parliament it is best to go outside even if it's cold and see it without glass!

Beautiful experience.Ancient but well-maintained hot springs. We would have preferred the thermal water to come out of the original ancient but fascinating mouths.

There's nothing to compare with a sunny winter day sat in the hot outdoor pool at Gellert. It's such a wonderful thing to be able to do :-)

Nice hour-long experience. The boat passes in front of Budapest's major attractions. Everyone on board is very friendly, everything is nicely decorated.

Great. We were able to see the landmarks lit up at night which made it all the more magical. Inside the boat there was heating which is appreciated by the cold, however most people preferred to see the tour from outside to take pictures. In general everything was very good, I would recommend it to friends and if I came back to Budapest I would surely repeat it because it is a must on this trip!

The spa is very beautiful architecturally. The services offered are good but could be improved. It is, however, worth a rejuvenating stop

Access to the boat was calm, with no confusion, and the tour left on time. There was a problem with the monitors, which remained switched off and displayed informative content for only part of the tour. This always detracts from the experience. If it is feasible to consider scheduling different times for two age groups (up to 30 and over) it could be interesting. The excess of young teenagers caused a bit of a disturbance, especially for older couples looking for a quiet, private experience.

The baths themselve were the fabulous part. Absolutely gorgeous, and so relaxing! However, poor signage made them difficult to find, and young staff who would rather be on their phones than help made things difficult.

Good structure, with excellent staff. I was a little upset that one of the pools wasn't working, so I only ended up staying in one of them. But all in all, it was a unique experience and I enjoyed it.

Everything was fine but it was crowded and people were right in front of you to take the picture and did not let you enjoy the experience.

Very pleasant trip, very clean ship. The seating capacity was correct (I have read many opinions that in many trips it was overcrowded, but in my case the number of people was correct). I have to say that the lower part was all covered and the upper part had a kind of terrace to observe the scenery but without seats. Buy tickets online, they are cheaper than in person. It offers bar service. What I do not see right is that to enjoy the audio guide you have to download an app that does not work and do not inform you when to turn it on; however on the screens are putting images and small explanations of the important locations. I would definitely repeat.

All well organized and a very nice night boat ride with the view of the main buildings of Budapest illuminated. Highly recommended.

We loved our day at your baths , the ticketing was easy and made easier by your pleasant and helpful staff. May I also add that the baths very very well looked after and very clean. Overall a great day and when we return to Budapest you will see us again.
