Booking your ticket online is an invaluable time saver. The place is touching and I learned information that I didn't have as a European.

Myself and my husband visited the museum on January 4th 2025 and I was speechless. We are from Scotland and had only ever seen what happed on the TV and I was deeply devastated by the tragedy. When I knew I was coming to NYC I knew I was going to visit as all I've wanted to do was pay my respects. However being there feet on the ground seeing it all is something I couldn't possibly have imagined. I felt it all. I was so over whelmed with emotions it was something else. What you guys have done to remember all that was lost that day is just incredible and It must have been so difficult to do I take my hat off to you all. You are my superheros. To build something so amazing out of the darkness is just amazing. I would happily visit again

World Trade Museum was awesome. Sad but worth seeing.
Glad we bought tickets ahead. It was sold out for the day. Seeing the tangible piece that were left helps us remember the tragic event of 9-11.

Visiting One World Observatory was an absolutely unforgettable experience! From the moment we stepped into the sleek and modern lobby, we knew we were in for something special. The elevator ride alone is incredible, as you watch the transformation of New York City’s skyline over the centuries in a matter of seconds. Once we reached the top, the 360-degree views were breathtaking — you can see the entire city, including iconic landmarks like the Statue of Liberty, Empire State Building, and Brooklyn Bridge.
The interactive displays and digital guides really added to the experience, giving us detailed insights into the buildings and neighborhoods we were looking at. There’s also a sense of awe knowing you're at the top of the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere, which is a remarkable feat in itself.
The staff was friendly and efficient, and though it was busy, the observatory is spacious enough that it never felt crowded. We also enjoyed a snack at the café while soaking in the views, which made for a perfect break before heading back down.
If you're in New York, this is an absolute must-do. It's not just about the views — it's about experiencing the heart and soul of the city from above. Highly recommend!

Fue muy interesante el poder aprender más sobre el tema de las torres gemelas y como ese suceso marcó la historia de los Estados Unidos. Las filas no estaban tan largas y me gustó como se podía interactuar con diferentes áreas del museo.

The entire museum was just breathtaking, inspiring and tragic. We weee both moved to tears and a reminder of what evil can be perpetrated and the long term torment it can cause. It was truly beautifully presented in the most sensitive manner. The very best minuses ever thank you so much - the only photo I could bear to take - of outside from the museum where the sum was shining despite these dark clouds

The experience was amazing. We are from California to see the museum and where the towers stood sunk my heart. Learned so much. Very thorough and the dedication to the lost lives. Thank you for making such a beautiful place.

The 9/11 terrorist attacks marked a historic moment in the history of the USA, but also of the Western world. The exhibition is dedicated to dignified remembrance. The day of the attack itself and the events in detail are traced in detail using numerous artifacts, documents on paper, film and sound.
