Extraordinary experience with amazing landscapes ! Got to know more about Netherland both culturally and historically with meticulous sense of details in this canal cruise. Certainly left an indelible impression on me !

Beautiful experience, you could admire the city and while you were also getting explanations from the guide, plus the captain was really nice.

I don't think these boats are prepared for tours in the rain: all the windows fog up, and although they provide rubbers to eliminate the mist, it is not really a solution to see properly from the inside. Fortunately it stopped raining halfway through the tour and I was able to go out to the rear, from where the skipper's comments could not be heard. The cell phone audio system overlapped with the skipper's explanations in English and neither could be understood.

On the site not entirely clear where we had to be for canal tour. After sending an app we were immediately called and helped. Very customer friendly. Both cruise and Amsterdam dungeon super fun. Tourist in our own country. During the cruise we passed my husband's school where he used to go.

I had very little time to get to know Amsterdam. It was much better than a bus or walking tour. The city is interconnected by canals.

The commentary was mostly in Dutch and the English commentary was very sparse. Ratio 4 to1 which wasn't helpful. Where we went was nice but it would of been a great deal better if the English commentary told you about the places as we approached them. Also on our boat the majority of people would of understood English, but the guide went on at length in Dutch.

The boat was inpeccable, comfortable and bright, top notch! The guide was also top-notch, very straightforward, and we appreciated his touches of humor and his anecdotes about the different places we passed through. We'd definitely do it again!

We had a great tour guide. He created an amazing atmosphere which was relaxed but also nice and funny.I can surely recommend it to anybody visiting Amsterdam:)

The trip was informative and entertaining, the captain Dennis and the service by Luca very courteous. Dennis provided a lot of additional information about the buildings and sights along the way. Both were helpful in categorizing the information spoken from the tape and finding the buildings. One star less for the fact that you could hardly understand the text on the cell phone, as the English text was played over loudspeakers for everyone.

We had a fabulous time. The whole interactive experience was amazing. Was declared a witch and burned at the stake on International Women's Day!!! The duty management showed us around post experience and gave us the history of the church, totally fascinating- greatly appreciated . We have visited a few dungeons and found this to be the best

The tour guide drove very safely and was extremely friendly. We really enjoyed the relaxed and interesting tour. The organization of the trip was flawless.

Nice experience and very cool people there.

Our experience @ amsterdam dungeon was amazing, the tickets made our visit really seamless.

The skipper had a lot of enthusiasm and you could tell he really enjoys his job.

The drinks were very expensive.
