your survey does not allow to point out what goes wrong and that is the hop on hop off bus system. The schedule was not kept at all, there was no bus for long time, one broke down without replacement, a latter one never showed up but the hotline talked about "2 minutes". we wasted a big time standing at the bus stop. Also the audio guide hardly talks and not even the stops are announced by number or name, Very bad compared to the same system in other cities.

Purchase with Headout fast and perfect. Valencia Bioparc is definitely worth a visit, I don't like zoos, I am against them, but this one is really different, they have reconstructed all the habitats and the animals can live free without cages.

Too bad oceanografic was offered in time blocks! You were not free to go in when you wanted to

The oceanografic was great, bus the bus stop time intervals are not compatible with visiting the differents sites. The time table on the leafelet was not the same as the time table at the Oceanografic and for that reason we had to waqit 1 hour for the next bus at 16h30 in the afternoon. I will never take the turist bus again.

I left my Phone/wallet on the Valencia Hop on Hop off Bus and it was located on the bus and returned to me at the stop where I got off, very promptly,with an earlier driver letting me know that it was on the way. Unlike what I have read elsewhere, the buses were always on time and fully functional. Also good was the assistance received from the staff on board

Everything was perfect. We visited the park in November. The weather was beautiful, there were no crowds, so we toured the park in peace. The park is neat, clean, the animals seem to be in their natural environment.

It happened to be great weather, sun was shining, so at the top we could see everything well and take nice pictures. All at the port we had to wait over an hour for the next bus, but we were sunbathing in the grass, so no problem.

Booking was easy. Unfortunately, the information that every driver can print the ticket is very far down. We almost drove into town to have it printed out. Other than that: Audio guide was good. Sometimes a bit inaccurate. And unfortunately the buses were a bit old. All in all, however, recommendable

Bio Parc was lovely. It was very well thought out woth the enclosures with view points of the animals from all angles. It had a lovely feel to it and the animals were happy and all out and about. Our 7 year old loved it, as did we. It was lovely ro see such happy Gorillas!! I would highly recommended a visit!

I would say everything ... Only I should have done the tickets x two days instead of all in one day ... One x oceonagraphic and another day x bio park ....

The bus tour was very good. Unfortunately, the first bus scheduled for 10:03 did not arrive. The queue was so long that many people were unable to get on the bus. For older people, the waiting time of one hour is very long, as there were no seating options.

Great for getting to know sunny Valencia by hop-on / off bus. we used it for 2 days. Stops are well located between beach, downtown and buildings Calatrava. Distances are reasonably walkable. Actually always found a bus smoothly. This works better in Valencia than the metro or crowded bus lines.

the route was a good one. the bus check-in attendant was rude, and not welcoming. I don't think he likes his job. The driver was friendly!

Everything was perfec. The entry organisation was very good, there are not big tails. The lady in the information desk was very kind and explained me everything needed.

Great park, full inmersión into the nature. Im not a zoo fan, but this is more that a zoo. Animals seem so well protected and taken care of.

Great deal. Easy via email. But......1 thingy regarding the zoo, we started walking that way, but is not always well indicated on the signs along the road!!! 2 times along the way the sign said turn right while we were just supposed to walk straight. Strange......!

Unfortunately, at the beginning of the online booking it said that you should go to the specified meeting point, where the voucher will then be exchanged for a ticket. Only further down did it say that you can board and exchange tickets at any bus stop and with the bus driver. As a result, we first went into the city and waited there for almost an hour before we could start. There were too few stops on the tour.

The tour touches many interesting stops. Very nice!!! Audio guide on older buses not working. Schedules are not on time.
