Admission well organized, but when you were inside the museum (after 15 - 20 minutes outside) there was another chaotic queue and then it didn't work with the audio.

Hello, I got in with the ticket but couldn't see anything. So I had to buy a new ticket to be able to see anything at all. There was a lot going on and it was awkward and exhausting for me. Hence the okay.
I am convinced that they do a good job - but here it was unfavorable for me.

Everything was absolutely amazing except the audio part. It was too confusing. I thought my purchased ticket covered the audio, but it didn't. I downloaded the audio, not once, but twice and it didn't work.
Otherwise, our trip there was Amazing!! We loved it. I saw the Mona Lisa in person! Beautiful museum!

the audio guide I recommend not to take it, it is the one in the app anyway, no need to pay extra, otherwise the ticket arrived on time, I entered in short and the visit went smoothly.

Too many visitors are admitted to the Louvre at the same time, in short it is too crowded to adequately enjoy the art treasures on display.
It is difficult to navigate with the audio guide. It was so distracting that we switched it off after a short time because we were only concentrating on the audio guide and not on the exhibition.

It should have been clearer to us the entrance area to avoid queues, when I left the visit, we realized that there was in the central hall (where the inverted glass pyramid) a sign that said tickets with ticket and there was no queue, however we had to enter making a long queue, as we went to the point that indicated the entrance.
Otherwise everything was great, the museum is impressive.

The museum itself is inadequately signposted and difficult to follow. Adding to that the app is just as difficult to follow for both reasons the whole guided tour was difficult to follow.
