Verona Arena Skip-the-Line Tickets with City Museums Access

It was easy to arrange and collect the tickets and everything was doable in the time wee needed. HOWEVER, the arena was closed and this was not readily made known whcih was a shame and may have affected our purchase (we would have rated it 'awesome' if it had more up to date information about what you were getting included in your ticket.

Well you could have had dates which were actually available to book rather than hitting me for 58 euros only to find out the venue was closed which was really poor. I'll be leaving a review on socials to warn everyone about your poor company service

Sorry but I didn't get to experience any of the venues as I misplaced my ticket, I guess it fell out of my pocket when I was getting the map out. The chatbot I'm afraid was useless. Just kept going round and round in circles. So I called Headout and spoke with Brian who initially was very helpful and sent through the email again for me to get another ticket. Verona tourist info staff were excellent and very helpful, they explained Headout would need to cancel original booking in order to give me a new reference number and therefore enable me get a replacement ticket. I explained this to Brian on an email, several times that day, but unfortunately got no more response. I usually use Viator and I'm afraid I probably won't use Headout again. Nor recommend them. Sorry. I worked in travel for 20 years and it wasn't Headouts fault that I lost my ticket but the situation could have been easily rectified. I look forward to your response. I purchased a ticket to the Verona Arena, but the Arena is closed for restoration you should have notified me before purchase

The online sale is a pure scam!!!! We ordered tickets for the Arena in Verona and the sales confirmation said that these were exactly the tickets we wanted. At the tourist information office we were told that the arena had been closed for months for restoration work and that we had bought a 24h Verona Card. The worst thing is that we could not cancel the ticket, which is common practice with other sales portals. We will share our bad experience with all our friends and acquaintances so that they don't fall into the same trap!!!

Loved it! We were able to visit few of the locations and we loved it. Next time we will use your services again, because we couldn't manage everything in a day.

I did NOT use my purchase/ticket. As I made the purchase it was not clear I had to go away from the venue to obtain my ticket. I was under the impression that I could enter the Arena in Verona right at the entrance. I made my purchase minutes before wanting to enter. Therefore I did not even use this purchase and lost my money.

Verona arena us closed to the public on a Monday. Put this on the website and inform tourists at the office. Very disappointed. A partial refund would be appreciated and considered good customer l.

I bought the verona ticket with entry to the Colosseum, only that day the Colosseum and all the museums were closed.

The women on the tourist Office Was very helpfull, so that we understood all the possibilities we had with the verona card
