The most fun 90 min experiance. The actors were anazing. Few scares along the way. Followed by a long drop ride. Then into the most beautiful little pub for a cocktail. Thoroughly enjoyed it

We were able to get in early, then once inside all the staff made you feel welcome and scared at the same time. It's great they tell you the rules. Both myself and and step daughter throughly enjoyed ourselves

Great actors, great staging and brilliant involvement of the participants. It was simply great fun throughout!

All was smooth, the actors we so much fun. Funny and sometimes scary. Always educational. Once again the actors are so much fun!

Realistic, educational, very dramatic and believable. Actors were all amazing and thrilling. Actively encouraged public participation. Dramatised just how frightening and dangerous living in the past was.

It was a great day out. The actors are very talented and you can see they love doing what they do. All the staff want you to have a fun time. You can really feel that. For people of school age there is a lot of educational value.

Nice and lovely show and experience. Just the actors talked way to fast for some visitors, they probably didn't understand the most. It would be fine if they speak slow so almost everyone can follow them.

Very good actors and brought to life the whole stories. The props were great and very life like, we all were scared but enjoyed every minute.

The attraction, London Dungeon, is always engaging and fascinating! The experience of purchasing tickets was very positive, intuitive and a click away!

Really sorry but we did not get to do the dungeon as my grandgirl was very upset about what was going to go on inside but the lovely lady on the front door who firstly had helped me with my app and then came and took us to the shrek experience which was OK maybe too young for my 13 teenagers but I didn't loose money and my granddaughter felt abit better well we all did x

The actors and actresses were amazing. They did a good job. I loved the stories they made and the decorations. I was totally impressed by the whole dungon. Sadly i lost my token for the pic. So i cant add one.

We loved all of it. The interactions, the history and the scares! Ticketing was really easy to follow and liked the reminders.

Not much to be honest. Wasn't what I thought it would be. Don't think it was about through some rooms with actors. Found main website lacking in information. Possibly more fault .

I kept getting picked on. Had to hold a shirt, then go down a corridor in the dark on my own. Then I got put in jail twice, guy said "I know a witch when I see one, get in there", I am a witch so he was spot on haha Made my daughter scream and jump a few times (she's 15). Nothing much scares me but the experience and actors was brilliant. Apart from the ride having technical difficulties we will definitely come back.

More of a series of shows than the wax works it used to be..was good but you have to go with the pace of the shows unlike madam T.

There was a lot of 'talking' by the presenters in each room and very little visual and interaction experience. This left me with a feeling of let down. Not enough 'scary' moments as your blurb promised. There were some interesting parts to the dungeon.

Easy to book . Absolutely loved the experience! It was scary but fun ! The actors are fantastic, will definitely come again and have told lots of people they must do it !

Asked to arrive 15 mins early on booking our tickets. When we arrived, we were told we could not be let in until the exact time we had booked so had to wait for 15 mins in the pouring rain. We went back to the desk 3 mins prior to our time slot and once again were asked to return in 3 mins. After finally being allowed in, the queues prior to starting the tour were a little disappointing. Once started, the immersive experiences were good but a very poor start to the tour (service at check in point).

The entire Dungeon was amazing! The actors, story lines and props were all great. My daugher and I found this spot to be one of the best experiences during our visit in London. I highly recommend this tour.
