The driver was very helpful and allowed me to get on the bus early so I was not standing alone. However the audio guide was quite hard to hear whilst the live guide was also going on close by. The stops were much less frequent and I found it quite hard to figure out where to alight. On this day there was also a broken down vehicle and we all had to get off, unfortunately no instructions were given in English and I decided to abandon the tour at this point.

The hop-on bus we had booked on the blue line simply didn't make it to the Landungsbrücken stop and we had to buy another ticket from the red double-decker to enjoy a round trip after all. That was also okay. The tour guide of the red double-decker told us that this unfortunately happens more often with the blue line - you can knock rudely if that helps.

I could not take the tour. There were no signs or indications as to where the bus stopped. I went to the town market stop amt the next two ones and the bus never stopped at the time it was supposed to according to the webpage. I expect a full refund of the money I spent

I went on this tour with my 3 children (13-17) and my mother (83) and can only recommend it. Our tour guide (Klaus) made the tour fun and informative at the same time. He answered all the questions and spoke very loudly and clearly. Everyone was thrilled at the end.
