It was wonderful to see the opera when it wasn't full. It was a special privilege to see the stage open. We also learned many interesting facts about the architecture. Photos only with photo pass!

To say it in advance: The tour was great. However, it did not take place on Monday as booked, but today (Tuesday, June 12) at 15:15. At the Semperoper yesterday they were surprised that we had a booking for Monday at 15:45, when the last tour took place at 15:15 due to the evening event. It is a mystery to me how something like this can happen, because the calendar of events has surely been known for months and it would only be logical to adapt your booking mask to this calendar of events. I would have expected you to inform me about this. Instead, we waited and I then tried to clarify the matter myself. In the end, a very nice member of staff took care of our problem and made it possible for us to take part in a guided tour today. The guide gave a very competent, friendly and interactive introduction to architecture, painting, history, theater, etc. in a clear and understandable way.

It was an all-round successful day. The Semperoper was great. The night watchman was also great. We learned a lot of interesting things. We will definitely come back to Dresden again.

Nice experience overall, but unfortunately an incorrect rendezvous location was indicated on the ticket, forcing us to race against time so as not to be late for the start

The guide was uniquely great! Mr. Noack made the tour of the Semperoper very entertaining with lots of interesting and funny information. I and my companion enjoyed it very much.

The lady (unfortunately I can't remember her name) gave a great and very informative tour. I could have listened for a few more hours.

The view was nice from the boat. Great to see the scenery along the river. The commentary was difficult to hear from the upper deck.

The experience itself was nice, but the problem was that we were at the Terrassenufer half an hour beforehand, but nobody told us that we had to take the shuttle bus 20 minutes beforehand and that we had to get to the Kurländerpalais first. Of course, the bus was already gone when we got there and we had to rebook with their partner, the Sächsische Dampfschifffahrt, for a later date at 1 pm. It's a good thing they were so accommodating because otherwise the ticket would have expired. It's a pity and sad that the email from Headout only mentioned Terrassenufer as the meeting point, not that you have to take a shuttle bus to get to the start of the Elbe cruise. Because you should have known that, as the Carola Bridge has been collapsed for some time and you therefore have to take the shuttle bus around the city to get to the starting point of the Elbe trip. This information would have been important, because then we would have gone straight to the shuttle bus and could have made the trip we had actually booked at 11am. Kind regards Angela Maier

The tour of the Semperoper was informative, with little anecdotes, the lady had a very pleasant voice, she had a very nice manner. An all-round success.

The detailed and informative explanations about the history of the Semperoper and the clever construction. It was annoying that several guided tours took place at the same time and the explanations of the other tours could be heard...

Ticket reservation worked well, the guided tour through the Semperoper was great, the highlight was Mr. Nowak, who conducted the tour, his dry humor was the icing on the cake.
