Combo: Blue Grotto in Capri + Villa Jovis with Audio Guide Tickets

We enjoyed our self guided walking tour that included an audio that explains the ruins with photos on the app. Very detailed that also depicted how the Villa must have looked like. We purchased on line tickets that included the audio. It's similar to an iPhone and easy to use. There are bathrooms before entering as well as a park with benches. After leaving we took the trail outside the gate to Villa Lysis that was amazing. There isn't a sign and the trail is slightly overgrown but only for a short distance. Moderate difficulty. My friend was seasick and we were forced to abandon at the foot of the grotto (before our tour) and return to the port of Capri on another boat that had finished and had to go back...because we were on a boat with lots of passengers and we were waiting for it to be our turn to get on a boat to go there but after 30 minutes of waiting, my friend was too seasick and needed to get off as soon as possible so unfortunately we couldn't attend this visit but we really wanted to go.

You cheated us with this tkt and i spent 20euros for nothing. There is absolutely no use of this ticket. I want a refund of this

The tour was suspended and i couldn't make a complain in order to get my money back which I was told would happen at the venue

Invalid tickets and Headout customer service will not refund or offer me solutions. NOT RECOMMENDED.
