Everything is organised, people are well informed of what to do and expect.. facilities are nice .. And the experience itself is worthwhile.. specially the flowers outside

The entire museum experience was well presented and unique. Its presentation began with the queue to get into the buiding itself. Its an operation that is executed well. The exhibits are reminders that our experiences should not be solely on what we see but also in what we feel, what we touch. The LED light displays, the projections in the water room, the displays in the flower rooms, every room, were utterly amazing.

I had a high expectation and thought there would be interaction with the digital effects and was disappointed that there wasn't. This was my mistake to have that expectation.

The interplay of peaceful music and fascinating, smooth color and light installation. There was a queue despite the ticket, also because it was 9:00 in the morning. But entry was very quick. Sometimes there were too many people in the rooms, so you were a bit in each other's way.

The immersion with the art was a unique experience and it was like an escape to a whole different relaxing and calming world Although when booking I was not aware that there are two exhibitions in two different places, but thankfully I made it to the right one in time. Please make it clearer in future what one is booking

TeamLab Planet was awesome. If you visit Tokyo(Japan Disneyland, thisis a must see attraction!) There are two TeamLabs museum, so be carefull where do you have a valid tickets. We were on Planets and definately worth the money. I suppose the Borderless Tokyo is even more exciting!

The Teamlab experience was exceptional, what a great idea! It was euphoric! The Tokyo Tower, on the other hand, was rather ordinary, nothing special. There were far too many stores selling gadgets.

The teamLab visit was very interesting with clever art that immerses one with the idea of the artist. It was a bit shorter than my first visit to a team lab installation. The Tokyo tower bonus is really not worth it since a) it is better to see the tower than be in it and b) you can only go to the midlevel so you are not really up that high. All in all it is a fair deal tho, so I would recommend it. If you really want to see Tokyo from up top I would recommend a different view point.

It was a fantastic sensory experience all roubd. My wofe loved the light forest and my elder son (19) enjoyed the water woth koi carp. I liked the ascending/ descending flower installation

The art itself is incredible and indescribable. It makes you believe that magic is still possible through the lens of talented and capable artists

Teamlabs was an incredible experience and the staff were very diligent and kind, allowing us to enter the exhibition even when we're were running a bit late.

I had a wonderful time at Team Lab Planets. The experience was well organized, it didnt feel over crowded and the time frame to immerse yourself in the art felt reasonabnle

I went to lab borderless by mistake and i haf to be at planets. I thought i would lose my tiket for being late but i was accomodated and that meant alot alot to me as a lost tourist.

Easy to get into the attraction last-minute when the official booking sites showed the attractions were full. Wonderful pairing of activities in Tokyo!

Team Lab Planets was sensational but we were disappointed that the ticket to Tokyo Tower only allowed us to to level one

I loved everything about this! The teamlabs is fun and the booking was hassle free. The tickets were sold out elsewhere. The view from tokyo tower is breathtaking!

Except for the ticketing experience that was a bit challenging because I kept getting directed to the app and then back to my email, this was an incredible experience and one that I would highly recommend. The Team Lab Planets was incredible, and the Tokyo Tower piece was simple and straightforward.

Wanted to see this place for years now! Finally I managed to come to Tokyo:) The water part and the leds were amazing! We were so fascinated! (However I missed the lampions )

I loved everything, especially the lights and the effects that make you feel emotions.
