This was a really enjoyable experience - it was very beautiful to see NYC from above like that. However, there are a few things that could be improved: 1. It was very difficult to understand/hear what the tour guide was saying. Maybe a written script with a "map" of the aerial route would be helpful to be able to identify the various city landmarks. I definitely missed some just because I couldn't understand or hear well what was said. 2. They take pics at the beginning and at the end they tell you that you can have all photos that were taken digitally. We were unaware that the tour guide took multiple photos and that all photos would be available for purchase. We thought they took ONE photo so all of our photos look the same. If this was told to us beforehand, we would had enjoyed the photos more. A suggestion would be to have "X"s marked on the floor where you are supposed to stand for a photo or add a "mock" helicopter for JUST photos. We were told that we now know for next time but this is a once in a lifetime type of experience. Overall it was a good experience but it could be enhanced with a little bit better service.
