The service was perfect from start to finish. The private guide in Italian (great Tarek!) was extremely knowledgeable and extremely kind. He made sure to make everything easy, such as transportation (thank you Abraham!), tickets, tips to avoid nagging street vendors or extra camera fees, but most of all providing stories, information and satisfying curiosities in a very professional way. Communication with the Team was mainly via Whatsapp in a quick, smooth and immediate way. The tour includes the possibility of extra activities of the highest quality, such as camel tours on the dunes overlooking pyramids, visit to factory and shop of decorated papyrus, visit to shop of scented essences. I would like to point out that the shops were truly quality, with very knowledgeable assistants who spoke virtually any language, and the prices of the products, should one wish to purchase anything, honest and appropriate. The guide and helpers continually lend themselves for the best souvenir photos. Overall, a fully satisfactory experience.

It is a nice place to visit. Unfortunately it is not a wheelchair friendly area, but thanks to our guide and driver we were still able to get a very good impression. The ids and driver were very friendly and helpful

Absolutely everything was wonderful. My French-speaking guide Reda was perfect, so kind and patient. Incredible. He really took the time to explain everything in detail. What's more, Reda's driver was also punctual and kind. I really recommend Reda as a guide for an incredible tour!

Our guide, Othman, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, gave good instruction and tips, and was flexible in catering to our group's preferences. When we book other tours in Egypt, we will specifically request him.

We booked two tours with Luna Travel in Cairo (one for pyramids and one for Cairo city) and had a great time! The service was excellent and the tour guide was very nice. They really make sure that you always feel good in a big city like Cairo. Highly recommend!

We loved how trouble free the tour was although there were so many people trying to scam you. Lots of nice recommendations and awesome locations for pictures. Learnt a lot about the history of the pyramids and the plateau

I booked the tour to the Pyramids of Giza as well as to the Sphinx at very short notice, just the evening before. Pick up next morning was on time, by a friendly driver and a remarkably kowledgeable, officially licensed tour guide. He explained a lot and pointed to many details. He was able to answer all questions. In addition, he knows the best spots and positions for taking photos such that unforgettable impressions are well preserved. Highly recommendable experience.

This was a great experience with an amazing guide- Ibrahim. He was knowledgable, accomodating, spoke great English, and a great photographer for us too! A great half day.

It was a very successful day! Our tour guide Mahmud really gave us an understanding of ancient Egypt and the pyramids and was also very responsive to our (photo) requests. Overall a well-rounded affair, with pick-up, drive & sightseeing & no hidden costs or cross-selling attempts. Very pleasant. The driver was also very prudent and navigated us well through the traffic. Always happy to return!

Super expérience, bonne communication avec le guide avec qui nous avons echangé notre photo via WhatsApp pour se reconnaitre en arrivant sur le site ainsi que la photo du chauffeur qui est venu nous chercher à l'hôtel. Explications très claires lors de notre visite ainsi qu'une option proposée pour un tour en dromadaire à travers le désert pour voir les pyramides sous un autre angle. Le guide ainsi que la personne qui nous a accompagné dans cette excursion, ont pris des photos originales de nous pour les soivenirs. Nous recommandons Adel Kashash ainsi que la plateforme sur laquelle nous avons réservé notre visite.

The tour of the pyramids itself was great! Our guide was very knowledgeable. He coordinated a camel ride so we could see the rest of the pyramids via camel, instead of on foot on a hot sunny day! Also, we booked the tour last minute, so they were very responsive and got us a tour guide rather quickly! HOWEVER, after the pyramids we were taken to a "national paper museum" and "king Ali palace" (oil making shop. DO NOT GO HERE WITH YOUR GUIDE. The oils are not legit, and they charge 10 times the price. The paper museum was not a legit national museum, they also charge 5x the price of these souvenirs. Your guide makes a deal with these places and wins big. If you're interested in these products, go to the bazaar or look up reputable shops. I was disappointed to find this out as our guide really gained our trust. The company seems to be in on it as well!!!!! BEWARE!

The transfer was on time, the show was very good and the food and atmosphere were great.

The guide, Reda Hafez, was really great. I can only recommend him
