Certainly an easy and relaxing way to discover Istanbul, with many of the main sites covered through the extensive drop off points. The audio guide which was both informative and interesting, gave deeper insights into each region Would highly recommend.

The visit to Hagia Sophia was rather disappointing. Non-Turkish citizens were typically not allowed to enter the mosque premises, which is completely unreasonable. Everyone should have the right to enter a place of prayer, as praying is a universal act and should not be restricted to Muslims alone.

It's not up to you ...but a few years ago I visited hagia Sofia from the main entrance ...with vision of impressive golden mosaics at the entrance . Now I 'liked to see the upper part ...less spectacular and impactful than the past visit .

Worked wonderfully, frequency of 45 min or longer (traffic jam) is a bit long, great driver, pays off in any case to get a first good overview of Istanbul, 1 day is enough, all sights are also easily accessible by streetcar and bus

We had an audio guide in Spanish. It was important to have it. The site is spectacular, although now the entrance is not allowed on the second floor, the prayer floor. It is important to avoid waiting in line to buy tickets. The local staff is a bit rude in their attention to visitors.

The Hagia Sophia is simply a very impressive building. The audio guide from Headout provided interesting background information.

Bought tickets on line, arrived just after Hagia Sophia opened, NO queueing at all. Beautiful architecture. Stunning experience!

I liked it overall, a bit more recommendations what to do at the single stops would be helpful though. Otherwise a good way to explore the city!

Very practical and with a great tour. However, avoid the last departure as this is the time of very heavy traffic.

Well, it's Hagia Sophia so it's interesting by itself. The online audioguide was a very nice add though, and the fact that you can download it probably helps when you are inside.

With the ticket everything went well, BUT everyone hawked their ticket so the line was very long. Maybe because before our visit, the mosque was closed for afternoon prayers. The mosque itself is ABSOLUTELY not worth the effort and money. I really don't understand why there are so many positive reviews here. You are through it in 15 min. Rather choose another palace or attraction.

I paid €33.50 for a ticket in the online application instead of €50 and saved at least 1 hour of waiting at the ticket counter

I was able to avoid long lines to get in, I found that the application worked perfectly and I did not have any problems at the entrance.

The building is impressive, but it is not explained how it came to be that the Christian mosaics can only be found sparsely. Likewise, admission was free just a few months ago!!! The tickets I received did not include the actual date of the event, which caused me a lot of confusion and made me spend a long time researching whether headout was serious at all. That cost me a lot of time at night, little sleep and nerves. My question (in the morning; although we were at the event early at 100) was answered on the same day, but I had already tried to see if the tickets would fit and fortunately they did. Hopefully headout will put an end to this confusion in future ;-)

Most of the visitation took place in traffic with considerable delay on the route such that the audio guide was considerably ahead of what we were actually seeing.

It's true that on the day of the visit there were fewer people than the day before, but there was still no waiting, as the entrance was straightforward.

With the Headout online reservation system, I was able to skip the very long line outside the Agia Sofia mosque--that would have taken hours! Inside, on the explanatory panels, there are QR-CODEs with explanations of what you are looking at, detailed. The mosque is stunning! Well worth the visit! Adequate ticket cost.

Definitely very nice, however, an exorbitant price to take a half-hour tour and see almost nothing, since you could only visit the top part and only from one side could you lean out to see the part below. Practically the most beautiful part was where you couldn't access, a beautiful green carpet and worked chandeliers.
