I enjoyed both activities, the actors in the London dungeon are amazing...too bad I can't understand everything in English...maybe think of some method to understand in other languages as well

Actors in the London Dungeons were fabulous, they never broke character once, making the experience all the more memorable.

It was really easy for us to get into with venues wirh basically no queuing. Was a little frustrated that we had to use the app. Which we didn't have downloaded at first, so if the app is a requirement, I think could be a little clearer. Great experiences, indoors and nice escape from the heat. With the offer, we were even pleased with the prices too.

So easy to book things and the immediate booking confirmation with the QR codes are fantastic. Highly recommended if booking any attractions in London.

Dungeon requires pretty good English language skills. As such it serves well all English native. e had a 11yrs old with us and he could not get out of the experience enough - understandably. i think this should be clearly stated in the introduction of the dungeon experience. Othewise i have nothing to complain. But customer satisfaction is not well taken care of now.
