Istanbul Night Sightseeing Bus Tour

Unfortunately, personal financial problems are passed on to the passengers. With all the details of the child's illnesses and financial difficulties. Not desirable behavior at a tourist attraction. But we still wish them all the best and good health. Apart from that and the traffic jam, the tour was good.

We saw virtually nothing of the monuments during the night tour. The lighting in the bus and the reverberation from the windows didn't allow us to see properly. What a shame!

First of all I get the wrong time from headout company and my tour didn't happen at that time (I've got 6.30 pm, but the last tour was on 5.30 pm), second I wanted to change tour to another day 1 st of January they said that change it, but at that day tour didn't happen again. So I didn't get tour and they didn't refund me money, be careful when you buy tickets from headout company.

Nice ideea, very poorly executed. Lights were on the bus, you could not take a photo, everything mirrored. You could not see the monuments because of the inside light and lack of illumination of the monuments. I did not expect a full stop at each highlight, but at least slow down, so i can take a photo. Like this it was a total waste of time and money. It did not last 2,5 hour, we were done in less then 2, half of this was spent in traffic jams. Please organize it better, with a full stop without hop off at each important landmark to see and to take a photo.

Nothing. The tour is scheduled at peak traffic hours, has very poor quality audio including one badly performed classical music piece played endlessly on repeat, and has no stops.

This is a copy tour of BUSFORUS 1-Day Hop-On Hop-Off Bus Tour which I purchased one day before this tour. All is exactly the same, only it starts at 19:00.

My tour schedule was changed and I didn't use my tickets. I want to return my money back

The lights were on most of the time on the top level and we could not see out of the bus.
