Simply wonderfull. Food service was amazing and overall everthing was nicely organized.

Nice experience overall, but unfortunately an incorrect rendezvous location was indicated on the ticket, forcing us to race against time so as not to be late for the start

The view was nice from the boat. Great to see the scenery along the river. The commentary was difficult to hear from the upper deck.

The experience itself was nice, but the problem was that we were at the Terrassenufer half an hour beforehand, but nobody told us that we had to take the shuttle bus 20 minutes beforehand and that we had to get to the Kurländerpalais first. Of course, the bus was already gone when we got there and we had to rebook with their partner, the Sächsische Dampfschifffahrt, for a later date at 1 pm. It's a good thing they were so accommodating because otherwise the ticket would have expired. It's a pity and sad that the email from Headout only mentioned Terrassenufer as the meeting point, not that you have to take a shuttle bus to get to the start of the Elbe cruise. Because you should have known that, as the Carola Bridge has been collapsed for some time and you therefore have to take the shuttle bus around the city to get to the starting point of the Elbe trip. This information would have been important, because then we would have gone straight to the shuttle bus and could have made the trip we had actually booked at 11am. Kind regards Angela Maier

Dear ladies and gentlemen, The guided tour of the Semperoper was very nice and very informative. There were no difficulties at all. The boat tour, on the other hand, was. We were, as described in the ticket, 20 minutes before the departure of the boat at the meeting point on the ticket. Unfortunately, we were told that we were wrong. We were then sent to Georg-Treu-Platz at the Frauenkirche. Only there could we be helped. However, the shuttle bus to the ship had already left. Information about this would have been more than helpful. Unfortunately, the bridge in Dresden has been collapsed for some time now. However, ticket holders should also be informed of any changes to the schedule. After all, the service has already been paid for in advance. Fortunately, we were able to rebook the boat trip for today and take it. Nevertheless, a flow of information on certain schedule changes on your part must be guaranteed.
