The Uffizi Gallery in Florence is an incredible place filled with world-famous art. Seeing masterpieces like Botticelli's The Birth of Venus and works by Michelangelo and Leonardo da Vinci was unforgettable. The gallery is well-organized, with helpful descriptions and stunning views of Florence. It’s a must-visit for anyone interested in art or history!

Purchase was easy but then we couldn't easily find the pickup location. There was no "skip the line" and no host took us to the venue, which is what I was told on the website I was paying for. We were not made aware that the strike caused the museum not to open until our ticket time. So everyone showed up at once and we waited a long time to get in.

The entrance and avoiding the queue went very well. The bad thing was that they did a drill in the museum during our visit, it was a real disaster, the museum staff lost their roles, they stole 40 minutes of our time and if it had been a real evacuation it would have been a massacre. A 10 for you and a fail for the museum staff.

The booked tickets were delivered on time, and we were escorted to the fattening by the host. As for "skip the line," I couldn't say , because in fact the line was practically nonexistent that day. However, positive experience.

Skip the line is false advertising. We waited in line over 45 minutes. No kne mentioned the number of steps to get to the top Your lead left us standing in line with a ticket and no direction The Ufizzi was most memorable once we got there

Entry was made easier and quicker using Headout. There are so many visitors like us visiting the Uffisi. At time difficult to get close to the exhibits

We had a skip the line with guided entry. We were led around to where the queue was and waited for our tickets. When the rep returned with our tickets she pointed to a long queue and said to join that and she left. We joined the queue we were told and slowly went towards the front which took 10-15 mins only to find it wasn't our queue. Fortunately the attendant checking saw the ticket with the times on it and let us in.

The tour guide was great - she organized the tickets, Otherwise I found the Uffizi a horror - too many people, claustrophobic situation - you can't enjoy art like that. But the curators are aware of the problem. I'm glad I wandered through there once. Great works of course! THANKS

Althugh, our experience you organised was just bringing us to the museum and getting tickets, I really appreciate that you gave us tickets which we couldn't get from official website on that day.

I had no guide. The museum speaks for itself. It is exceptional as exhibits, organization, everything. Getiing the tickets was a bit tricky, though, as the person who had to give them to us - after having purchased them online - just gave us scarce instructions as if we were supposed to know all streets around the museum. That was stressful.

The advance purchase via Headout enhanced the visit by skipping the line. Both venues we visited were memorable, though Uffizzi was the highlight.

Skipping the line certainly adds value to the experience of visiting one of the world's most beautiful and important museums

The head out rep was exactly where he was supposed to be. The meeting point was clearly described in the confirmation email. We got our venue tickets and got in a relatively short line and were on our way. No guide or anything but we prefer it that way. Would use headout again. Incidentally we hadn't planned ahead for tickets so headout was a great option.

The guide was very helpful once we found the meeting location. We had to ask several other tour guides where to find Crown Tours as no one could direct us to Piazza Degli Uffizi, 1 Once we met the guide everything ran smoothly. As senior citizens with some mobility issues we were able to locate the elevators to get from floor to floor. This made a big difference being able to view more artwork without being totally exhausted.

We arrived 15 minutes early and stood by the Giotto statue. We were not able to access our reference our booking ID and references number on our phone, and we're looking at the phone. A man arrived, but we did not see him. He apparently said something to the a group next we were with and then everyone took off and went through the expedited line with tickets. My husband stopped him as he was leaving and said we needed to be with the group. He pulled out his phone, looked up my name and after checking gave us the tickets. We were grateful and he was polite. The point is, that we did not hear or see him arrive , plus he quickly took off. Possibly in the future he could announce his arrival.

The queue jumper allowed my daughter and I to get in quickly,avoiding the long queue that preceded the entrance to the gallery.It was a wonderful experience,,it's' hard to describe what we felt in seeing these magnificent works that until now we have seen in art history books.To those who have the opportunity to go to Florence,I highly recommend this experience,it is really worth it.

Ticket was advertised that queues were avoided. On arrival at Uffizi Door 1 there was a very long queue which I was told to join. My husband is 93 and not able to stand for hours. I argued with staff at queue and we were let in but it was not what I expected from advertising

The art was just not what I was expecting, it was very gold, naked and christian and alot of the same. Headout tickets were great, and the person was where they said they would be when they said and we got our skip the line no problem.
