Hosted Entry to Colosseum, Palatine Hill & Roman Forum

Due to glasses not being available or working we had to wait longer. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience, a great way of seeing how the colosseum used to look. We were a group, ages from 12 to 74 and everyone enjoyed this tour.

Everything very fast and expeditious. I recommend this experience with you.

The colosseum was amazing, but we were supposed to pick up our guidebook outside 15 minutes before entering. But we could not find him to pick the book up. We messaged and it said he had read it, I waited and messaged again, but no response, gave up and just went in.

It would be nice to have pdf tickets at the time of booking... This would avoid the stress of knowing whether or not you'll be able to enter the tourist site. Why not e-mail the tickets directly when you book?

Actually it is not a tour is the entrance, there is no guide, no one tells you where to go or tells you the story, you just follow the crowd, we took the 3 pm tour that includes the ancient city peroncuajdontmrknaskntour of the colosseum they tell you that closed the ancient city if you are going to take the two has to be earlier

This tour is one of Rome's must-sees. Not to be missed. On the other hand, paying more for a vague paper guide is not justified. There's no point.

We loved the service, everything was very well explained, we received the tickets by WhatsApp the day before and they contacted us to confirm and answer questions, we didn't have any problems, everything was delivered perfectly Super recommendation

I never graded it as "awesome", that was done automatically. I actually did not like the tour. It does not worth the price. The guided tour was dull and superficial. And it started late. Pompei is wonderful, though, and it makes you forget the pettiness.

We met the guide at the door but he simply gave us the printed tickets and told us how the audio guide app worked and how to get in. I thought it was a guided tour, but he gave us the directions and we went at our own pace. Otherwise everything was fine, punctual and pleasant.

Your guide was waiting just where he said he would be guided us into the Colosseum without any fuss and from there we had a great time wandering around at our leisure until it was time to go over to Palatine Hill and the Roman Forum which was another fantastic experience, very please we booked the tickets with you and will definitely use you again at other locations.

Disappointed by not being met at the start - I only recieved a whatsapp message as we were on our way to the Colloseum and the meeting point. Several phone calls were made but by this point (aprox 45 mins before our tour) I was using my phone to navigate streets etc. We did enjoy the access the tickets gave us and took our time to view as much as we could.

The ticket said that the entrance was at 5 pm and that we had to be at the meeting point 15 minutes before... we arrived at the meeting point at 4:40 pm and we never saw the guide and we never saw the identification sign that we were given, so we decided to go in alone. The guide contacted me and was very nice, but we were already inside. He mentioned that the appointment was at 5 pm and that from then on they would wait 15 minutes and go in. In the end, we got together and he handed us an interesting book and nothing else. Finally, mention that we bought tickets at 5 pm and the ticket says 3 hours and at 6 pm they kicked us all out so we did not get to see everything we wanted to see. In short, everything was unclear and confusing.

There was a small problem with the vouchers, they didn't accept the QR code, thankfully I had printed out the vouchers and all the directions.

We enjoyed moving freely around the Colosseum and the Forum, with the help of the little book. However, we didn't like the fact that our visit was postponed for an hour.

Colloseum was great. Getting our tickets was a nightmare. Not where your emails said you would be. It was not Headout who were giving us the tickets but some other "rep" that we knew nothing about. Very confusing.

Visiting the locations was fine, but the confirmation email listed the wrong address, so we were almost late getting in! Furthermore, it might be useful to already indicate to customers that they can download an app, saves data for the customer and time.
