Beautiful stadium and amazing

The whole experience at the stadium was beyond what i expected, the Tour, Museum and staff were so helpful.

All in all, it has been a wonderful and pleasurable experience.

The organization, the stadium, the atmosphere, just one small downside: I couldn't find the directions to the museum.

Is was beautiful , the little train at the end also make it more exciting, is shame that Diana , Harry and Megan are separated from the family ..

Everything the fan would want to see. Especially good for kids. found " Headout". Wry informative and supportive i correspondence about tour timings. Very refreshing in this day and age age

We were impressed by the museum and the attractions there, but disappointed by the aquarium. We expected a larger number of exhibits. Boring. Lots of people and little opportunity to observe the animals

Museum was nice also assisting player device was good. At the entrance we had to walk to and fro a lot to find where from the tour starts. More informative and direction showing notices would be helpful.

I had my doubts because with a couple of days to go I had not received any confirmation other than that of the receipt of tickets. But one day before the tour I got the confirmation and, following the steps that were marked, everything went PERFECT. We only had to wait in line a little bit, but everything went very fast. The tour is worth it and I appreciate the facilities provided by Headout. Highly RECOMMENDABLE.

Everything is good there the history of the club and the way to the spots all fixed and clear But if there is a chance to reach at the middle of the center of the field would be perfect for the visitors to see the view from the center of the field

The ticketing experience through Headout was seamless, and allowed us to jump ahead of other people in the queue who were still buying tickets. The Stadium tour itself was everything my son had dreamed off, except that the player tunnel onto the field was closed at the time. Everything else, especially the home dressing room, was amazing to see though. The self-guided audio added a lot of value, and I'd recommend the tour to any football fan.

My daughter Ailbhe is a big fan of the Arsenal Ladies team and our visit to the Emirates Stadium was one of the highlights of our recent trip to London. The staff were very helpful and she enjoyed chatting with some of them about her favourite players. She hopes to return for some matches in the next season.

It was really easy for us to get into with venues wirh basically no queuing. Was a little frustrated that we had to use the app. Which we didn't have downloaded at first, so if the app is a requirement, I think could be a little clearer. Great experiences, indoors and nice escape from the heat. With the offer, we were even pleased with the prices too.
