Combo: Palazzo Vecchio + Museo del Bargello Tickets

The museum was fabulous. We had difficulty finding the bar code to gain entrance. The security person let us in anyway. But it could have been an issue.

The Palazzo Vecchio in Firenze was not really a very exciting museum visit. The art was mediocre and the palace itself lacks good taste. I thought the halls and rooms were not really very overwhelming. I had a nice outing and it got me out of the apartment and into the city centre again, which is always nice. Purchasing the ticket via Headout was very straightforward and a very good service. Very satisfying.

Good experience, Florence full of art. Old palace beautiful but there are more beautiful monuments in the city. Only flaw in the ticket tour is that audio guide would have been included but at the appropriate time the headout app did not give it to me. Of the rest efficient tour packages.

We were able to visit the museum without having to wait at the entrance. We were able to walk straight through and admire the impressive building.

I loved the whole exhibition, it was well curated and i did not have to stand in line. The entrance was really fast and it was not too crowded.

It's great to be able to book your time slot online, but you'll pay a lot more than if you book directly at the ticket office. The extra cost does, however, guarantee availability.

The collection of the tickets was easy, the guide showed us to the museum, and the collection is stunning. Wish we had allowed more time. 3 hours was not enough.

Of course everything is beautiful, palazzo vecchio with the uffizi are undoubtedly among the 7 beauties of humanity, but unfortunately the only problem is the heat. There is no adequate ventilation system for the increasing heat in recent years. It should be improved only in this aspect, cmq not to be underestimated.

It was very good that the tickets were so readily available online, the app worked well. We didn't have to wait at all and got into Palazzo Vecchio in comfort. Thank you very much for that!

Didn't actually need the reserved time ticket as there was no line when we arrived but with only a short visit in Firenze I didn't want to risk missing out. They let us in early and we explored the museum on our own. It is very impressive! The art and architecture are beyond belief and have held up so well over the years. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Tickets were easy to acquire and entry was very simple. Palazzo Vecchio was a beautiful and interesting place to explore.

It was key to get there at 9am when it opened. Less crazy busy in that area and the ability to enjoy the venue in a less rushed fashion. Very easy entry. Process all smooth!

Il museo del Bargello è stato al di sopra delle aspettative. È una metà irrinunciabile nel tour di Firenze. Anche Palazzo Vecchio è spettacolare, a cominciare dalla piazza.

Everything went to plan and I had a thoroughly fabulous time. After reading some negative reviews I was a bit nervous and feared the worst but have to say I would have no hesitation in recommending it to friends and family.

It was easy to enter Palazzo Vecchio even though we arrived prior to our official entry time printed on our ticket. Great museum not to be missed when in Firenze!

Thanks to the queue-cutting ticket, entry is quick and easy. I highly recommend it. personally, I didn't take a guide. But I enjoyed my visit, there are clear explanatons.

There was no more room on the museum's website.... Is this due to massive purchases by companies like yours?

Good to have a time slot and not worry about long waits. Lots of grandure and art ,and frescoes.Great main hall ,well worth a visit if in Florence

Obviously one of the must-visit places in Firenze. I'd recommend to visit in early hours just after the opening of Palazzo as there are not so many tourists inside. We booked at 09:00 and it was pretty cool. If you take Palazzo Secret Passages you can then explore this landmark by yourself so no need to book 2 different visits. Highly recommend

The skip the line entry was seamless through the app but the inclusions stated entry to the palace and entry to Arnolfo tower which was not the case. It turned out entry to Arnolfo tower was not included.
