The best thing, not having to wait in line to get in. The views are wonderful, but you have to be fit to climb so many steps ha ha.

Lorenzo had great knowledge of the area and was extremely personable while also being professional. We appreciated explanations of the local plant life and history of the area. We had good recommendations for places to visit and future tours. The hiking tour in the hills were better than expected. Nice views of the valley and countryside and woodlands.

I liked it very much but I could not visit the cathedral because it seems that the two days I was there it was closed.

It was a very simple experience. I down loaded the app after purchasing the tickets and then no queuing at ticket office just went to attractions and they scan my phone, simple, easy.

The information could be more interesting. There is a lot of wow to tell about Florence and so it seems to me that the audio guide could offer more.

Was able to get tickets at last minute due to my short timing schedule for being in Florence. The line to enter the church was extremely long and we would not have had time to get inside if not for the skip the line tickets I purchased. In order to make our bus back to Livorno, we had to miss the Bell tower climb which I would have liked to do. If you have the time, these tickets were perfect.

The campanine ticket cost me more than twice the original price on the official website. After this experience I will not use headout anymore. I'm sorry, because it seems like a nice application, but if you then steal money from customers like that, it's not good. It is okay that you put a small markup, 1-3€, but double NO. a ticket of €20 pay it €42!!!!!!

Perfect for seeing the sights of Florence! Inexpensive. Very interesting access to the museum. I recommend this very practical pass!

The entire experience was amazing! With access to the Bell Tower, the museum and the cathedral, it's both a great value and a great experience. The view from the top of the tower was worth the price of admission!

Organization was good! We found the bus ride through the narrow streets a bit tedious. Some of the stops were not well described, except for the huge parking lot. was ok, but not great :)

Truly a beautiful experience! Florence is already beautiful in itself, seen from above it is even more so. The only thing is that climbing the stairs can be challenging, so keep that in mind when you want to plan a visit.

You can see the cathedral complex without a problem, but because I asked one of the employees at the entrance to the monuments. My reservation said it was for 16:30 and the cathedral closes at 15:30. So to see each thing I had to get in line according to its closing time.

It was easy to buy the tickets and it was a lovely surprise that the ticket to the Bell Tower also icluded tickets to the Baptistery and the museum. What I also loved about it is that it was possible to buy the tickets only two hours before the visit and everything went according to plan.

Very useful to have a general idea of the historical, cultural and general points of interest, touring beautiful landscapes and natural places of Tuscany, when you have only one day to spend in Florence. Ideal

It was very easy to purchase the pass which was sold out at all ticket points. The only drawback is that you have to read everything properly (only in English) because the baptistery was only open on Sunday morning. The ticket lasts 3 days but we had to leave on Sunday afternoon.

This square is just magnificent and unique in the world, and it's great to be able to make several visits with a single ticket. Good value for money!

I bought the ticket expecting it to gain entry into the Duomo cupola and it did not. It was not clear what the tickets were for.
