The audioguide is not very clear in guiding us around the site, and too fast when we move from one point to another. We got "lost" several times. It would be a good idea to add buttons in front of each point of interest,
corresponding to each "chapter" of the guide, to make sure you're in the right place.

We ended up paying a personal guide and she was amazing and the site was wonderful but the head out app for not work out for me with my iPhone. I could not remember my Apple password and when I opted to reset it lovked me out for an hour. I had paid for the tour and it had been accepted by my credit card I should not shave had to download 2 free apps to make you program work after I haf paid €113 Euros to not get access to your app felt like a scam

The site was just as I expected: historical! My wife and I are not great at technology. Couldn't figure out how to get audio. Tried for a bit. Talked to few people who were very nice. We couldn't figure how to get it. Fortunately for us the description signs were in English. Thankful for that. We read every one.

We had selected the French audio guide option when purchasing online.
However, when we downloaded the audio guide, it was in English.
We therefore paid an additional 16€ which we did not receive.
Please reimburse us for this extra charge

You are an absolute price rip-off here. It's really cheeky, admission wouldn't even have cost half as much on site. I would love to sue them for it. You feel like you've been cheated! Never again with them

Great tour great facilities to purchase a frappe well maintained. Parking near by. Nice info available in front of each site. Only annoying thing is after waiting in line for the bathrooms i discovered I need to pay which is fine 1 euro but i didn't have my purse with me so I lost my spot in line. Post before warning would be helpful I was not the only one.
